My parents were just at the store buying products and needed to void a transaction. One of their employees at the resgister, this old guy with beard straight up told them to get of the store because it will take him time to void a transaction. I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office in hopes of some disciplinary action and proper training for their employees. I have spent 1000s of dollars in this store in the last 12 years and never had to go through a situation like this before. I will make sure the manager of the store knows about this.

I’m disabled so i wear a body camera everywhere i go for my protection, as i walked up-to check out today at register some lady physically walks right into me to budge me out of the way, extremely rudely, i caught it on my camera and she didn’t say a word, baffled i looked at her and said i’m sorry I didn’t know you were in line, you weren’t here a second ago…come to find out that lady is the store manager and she treats nearly all her customers like this…I didn’t really know who she was before today but i have come in here dozens of times with my camera in the past introducing myself to her “good morning” “good afternoon” and attempting to ask for assistance and she just stares at me with disgust and acts as if i don’t exist. thankgod I don’t need help finding anything, just kidding the store is a disaster and you can’t find anything and its not the employees fault because they actually try to help you, this entire mess all falls back on the poor excuse of a store manager, who leaves early everyday and puts unnecessary loads of stress on all of her overworked, under paid staff, she belittles them right in front of customers, she should be ashamed of herself

Usually very clean. One of my biggest issues is that I have gone to these stores to buy a specific brand and "scent" but actually no scent of Mitchum deodorant but for the last year all they have in stock is ever other scent. Wich is a problem for me because I'm allergic to every other type wich is why I bought this to begin with. Another One of the issues I've had is there is they will have the large stock cart in the isles in the way, also the same products are not all in the same isle you'll look for something and think they are out of it and then find it in a different isle.

This store use to be very clean and stocked but for awhile now it very cluttered and U boats in the back blocking paper items. They don't put enough staff on. (VERY DANGEROUS!!!!) SOMEONE IS GOING TO GET HURT AND IT BEST NOT BE MY KID. I use to love shopping there with my daughter but not now. They need to give there staff some help. I use to be a manager (not at Dollar General) I feel bad for them and the STORE MANAGER

Messy, under stocked, employees don't care about and will complain to customers about their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dollar General across town instead.

Some of the cashiers are very rude there. They don't say a word to you then throw your receipt at you ... the young man yesterday was very polite though!!
