I have uses cvs for my entire life. I am 32 years old and I now will never return to cvs again because of this location. The pharmacy staff is a joke. They are rude and do not know how to their job at all. I used to live in mass and never had any problem we moved out to ct 2years ago and every single prescription I have had to pick up from this cvs in the past 2 years has been an issue. Noone should have to go 5 different times to get their medication. The staff in the pharmacy either need to take customer service classes or just plain be fired. They shouldn't be allowed to reproduce before they make out population any dumber.

Usually very rude. When I call over the phone, I never get to finish my sentence without them cutting me off.

I received a text message to pick up medication because it was ready. went to go pick up the prescription, i was then told to wait 20 minutes. after a HALF HOUR I returned I was told they don’t have it. After they told me to find a different pharmacy because there was nothing they would do further for me. unprofessional, unapproachable, unethical and rude employees.

Just was released from the ER and went inside this CVS to get my prescriptions filled-I was in pain and diagnosed with diverticulitis-when I spoke with the clerk she was entering my script in the system “Jake” the pharmacist yelled over to The clerk asking her what she was doing. She replied that she was entering the script because I wanted to wait for.my medicine and he said that well its going to be a while- I said that I was in pain and needed to wait for it- In the mean while another employee piped in with we just want to give me a realistic pick up time. The same clerk was showing the Pharmacist Jake photoss on her cell phone totally not work related. (i could hear the conversation. I’ve heard there is a shortage of workers but they had 6 people working behind the counter. Very rude employees with absolutely no empathy. If there was as a better way to get scripts filled I would absolutely do it.

The pharmacy here constantly is messing up on prescriptions for my entire family. They are obviously not organized and are not running that pharmacy correctly.

I bought a product called nicorette (gum to help you quit smoking) that I was told was returnable/refundable by the associate K in store if I did not like using it. I came back to the store to return the product during which one manager told me that it was returnable and he would honor what the associate k previously had told me and another manager refused to return it saying “I don’t care what anyone says” and told me to call cooperate for a refund. I called corporate for support then I was informed that it was at the manager’s discretion to accept or deny returns. The whole thing is just ridiculous.

Went there to fill up a prescription. Waited for almost 45 min.After I start to inquire the Pharmacist says they don't have it.All that time wasted.Not going back to that pharmacy.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CVS. If you have the choice go to ROCKVILLE PHARMACY, 42 Windsor Ave. I have been brought to tears more times than I'd like to admit by the blatant disregard for the service or care of their customers at this CVS. They do not seem concerned with their primary JOB which is providing care for the people of our community. My provider accidentally sent some of my prescriptions to a CVS in Danbury and the pharmacist here basically waved me off saying they were prescriptions for "narcotics" and that they couldn't be transferred here. First of all NO, they were NOT. One of the scripts was for a controlled substance but all the others were NOT. I straight up said "Okay, can someone please help me? I need my medication...they are not all controlled substances, please can you transfer the ones that are not??". I literally need my medication to live!!! They were totally unconcerned at all with helping me get my medication that I need to survive!! Eventually the PHARMACIST (who I thought had to go to school to learn about what was controlled or not, but I guess I knew that better than him!) conceded that yes, the one that I needed most desperately was NOT controlled and that they could transfer it here and have it for me in 15 minutes. I think the only reason he double checked at all was because he could hear the catching in my voice because I was about to burst into tears! This is not the first time at this CVS that a moment of care and consideration for their customers would have saved a lot of fear and effort on my part. They told me that I had to call the CVS in Danbury to transfer the medication. I asked if they could just call now and see if they could get the meds transferred and they refused!! Is that not their job?? I don't see how it is my job to call the other CVS pharmacy when I AM IN A CVS PHARMACY RIGHT NOW!! My experiences at ROCKVILLE PHARMACY have been phenomenal. I only had to get these prescriptions filled at CVS because of my insurance but after this experience I will be transferring all the rest of my prescriptions to ROCKVILLE PHARMACY. Rockville Pharmacy have called my insurance company for me, told me exactly the steps I needed to complete to get the medication I needed in a way that is most convenient for me. When they've been out of the right amount for a refill for me they've given me bottles of 4/5 pills to hold me over, just the absolute best, most considerate care for their community members. The pharmacy employees at CVS IN ROCKVILLE do not care about providing people with care. They are incompetent at their jobs which can cause HARM to their customers. Medicine's founding oath is FIRST, DO NO HARM. The CVS pharmacy in rockville has failed to comply with the most basic tenet of health care.

Very unkind in the pharmacy department. Completely judgmental when it came to what I was being prescribed:/ Do yourself a favor and go to Rockville Pharmacy.

Rude argumentative would not do business at the CVS ever again would recommend using Walgreens placed complaint with corporate. They should fire everybody and get some people in here at know how to handle customer service.

Drive through person was very condescending and not helpful at all. I've been very patient with the pharmacy for quite awhile, but I'm done now. I do not advise using this pharmacy.
