Something needs to improve at CVS pharmacy. Sometimes it looks that they are overwhelmed with the amount of work they have on a daily basis which are affecting the quality of service to the people that goes there to order or pick up their medication. Also, Calling to this pharmacy is a nightmare because NOBODY picks up the calls.

Worst pharmacy ever. Needed eye drops for raging pink eye for me and husband. They sent a message that they were out of his rx! PINK EYE MED! YOU'RE OUT??? They told us to check the app if they didn't contact us in 2 days! Meanwhile what to do? So I tried to call the pharmacy. 28 minutes on hold and I hung up. Oh, and have you ever been inside? The pharmacy looks like a hurricane hit it! So went to the drive thru. I asked if they checked any other CVS stores. Happy (well not really happy) to go there for it. Nearest one with it was Enfield. The very nice, overworked woman at the drive thru said it should be in tomorrow. None of this was her fault. So now, because I'm not nearly as bad as my husband, I'm going have him use my Rx (WHICH THEY FILLED!) And I'll wait for them to get more for me. Then I'm contacting our drug insurance to switch to Walgreens.

The pharmacy is out of control. The wait times are insane inside and in the drive through. How is it an hour wait at like 5:00pm AND 11:00pm at night? You'd think it would calm down... but it never seems to. Don't know if it's just the only pharmacy in a 1,000,000 mile radius or if the employees there just suck. Either way, it's never a pleasant experience.

CVS in Vernon. Lol they are rude and nasty. Jake does not know how to speak to customers. He should not come to the front to speak to customers. I arrived to pick up my script that wasn’t suppose to be in Vernon because Manchester was out of my meds. They were closed and we’re gonna reopen in 10 mins and wouldn’t let me pick up my script. I’m on a time restraint to leave to go out of town. He said there’s nothing I can do you’ll have to deal with it and wait. Most cvs workers are rude and nasty. If u don’t line your job. Find another one. But don’t be rude to customers. U should go above and beyond for them. They help pay your paycheck. Not happy customer. And not that it matters. I will have my scripts filled elsewhere from now on. DG

Terrible service at the pharmacy today. Waited over 4hours for my prescription and still nothing. No one was helpful. Went in line three times to ask what the status was and the lady kept saying oh it’s getting expedited, should take 10-15 minutes…. No I was there for over 2.5 hours waiting. Drove all the way home still really sick and called the line to check on the status which I was on hold twice with the same lady at the front desk and decided to hang up after 40 mins without any help. She basically said two of them they don’t have but it was so hard to hear since she mumbled the whole time. Very disappointed and will not be coming here again.

Drive through prescription pickup is too long. 40 minutes. The prescription drive thru is closed 1:30pm - 2pm. Very inconvenient. There were 10 vehicles waiting during this time

My scripts were sent over by the doctor's office at 08:25. I deliberately ran some errands to give the pharmacy time to fill them. When I arrived at 09:30, one was filled and the other not, apparently because it was not covered by insurance ($20.19). They did not text for authorization, but instead waited until I came in to proceed, thereby guaranteeing I'd have to wait further. I was bounced back-and-forth, and finally they started to fill it. It took until 10:00 before it was ready. ONE-HALF HOUR OF MY TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN 20 BUCKS. Prescriptions submitted at 08:25 weren't ready until 10:00. That is crass disregard for the value of your customers' time and convenience. I am finding this pharmacy increasingly inefficient and surly, and am trying to find another pharmacy in a convenient location.

This is supposed to be a drugstore, but it's not. They failed to keep hydrogen peroxide in stock, so they fail at being a drugstore.It's really simple. If you want to be a drugstore, you have to stock hydrogen peroxide.

I always have a great experience with the CVS pharmacy on Pitkin and Talcottville Rd. They take the time to make sure everything is correct.

Every time I call I am on hold anywhere between 45 minutes to over an hour it is absurd!

I just had terrible experience today with pharmacy. I was waiting for my insulin to be refilled for 3rd days due to out of stock. When I contacted them again and she said I'll be notified when stock back in and hung me up. Do they have any concern or try to arrange me to pick up another CVS. This is their attitude to help customers?
