This dealership sucks. Service department is incompetent. They either give you incredible attitude when you ask a question or rotate your tires incorrectly. My girlfriend and I have had nothing but terrible experiences here.

Would have liked them to replace the emissions sensor when they took exhaust out to put in new transmission but the transmission is perfect now! Great job on the repairs they were hired to do but my truck still can not be driven till this sensor is fixed and I have to wait two weeks for a new appointment.

We continue to have great experiences when we shop at Vernon Chevrolet. We’ve been working with Miguel Rios for many years now and have truly come to value his product knowledge as well as his transparency and down to earth style. We know we can trust Miguel to help us make the best possible choice for our family when it comes to buying or leasing a vehicle. There are no high pressure sales tactics or confusing financial gymnastics here. We took several months to finally make a decision on our latest lease, a new Blazer, and Miguel was with us every step of the way helping us compare multiple vehicles and patiently helping us consider our options until we finally found the perfect vehicle for us. We love the Blazer and are looking forward to working with Miguel again when the lease on our Silverado (also leased through Vernon Chevrolet) comes up next year!

I recently purchased a Chevy Trailblazer from another dealership further away. It was time for my first oil change & tire rotation so I made an appointment at Vernon Chevrolet. Rosie was my Service Professional and she was fantastic! I didn't have to wait long and the waiting area was nice, clean, and had free coffee while I waited. Thanks Rosie for making my first experience here a good one!

Working with Alex at Vernon Chevrolet was the best car purchase experience I've ever had. He was knowledgeable, informative, helpful and, above all, not pushy or aggressive. The entire process took just about 3 hours - usually it's an all day affair. So pleased with the experience as well as the new vehicle!

Beware of bait and switch! I received an email yesterday about a price reduction on a 2020 Equinox. I immediately reached out and set up an appointment for a test drive the next day. I arrived at the dealer with my son, and filled out all of the paperwork for the test drive. The dealer allowed my son and I to take it for a test drive on our own.
Upon returning to the dealership, the sales agent asked me how I liked the vehicle. We told him we liked the car but noticed the lane departure feature didn’t work when you pressed the button. The sales agent told me they would fix the lane departure issue before I took delivery.
At this point, we proceed to discuss pricing. I informed him that I already had preapproved financing through my Credit Union, I just needed to give them the final number after fees, tax, title, and registration. I asked if I could put a deposit down to hold the car while I waited for my funding from the credit union, to which the agent agreed so I began the process and signing papers.
As the agent came back with the credit card machine to process the deposit, he apologized and informed me that “this car was already sold.” He then asked if I was interested in any of the other models they had available. I specifically requested THIS vehicle due to the low mileage and what seemed to be a reasonable price. I was not interested in a different model, was not even given the courtesy of speaking with a sales manager, and wasted 2 hours of my time test driving a car that supposedly was already sold. The agent apologized again, as it did not indicate anywhere in his internal system that the car was sold.
At the time of writing this review, the car is still listed as available for purchase on the dealer website, with no “Sale Pending” tag or label visible, despite other cars on the site having them. This is highly suspicious and seems like a clear bait and switch practice.
