Had some exhaust work done on my Audi A6. Very reasonable and the workmanship was absolutely perfect. They were friendly and even offered to give me a ride so I didn't have to wait. This place is absolutely amazing. Thank you Carr's!!

$300 to have 2 flex pipes replaced the drivers side flex pipe is welded in crooked at the rear of the repair i went back today wanting it straightened out so that it looks good but no "its how we do all our repairs and if you have an issue with that then what else can i say but sue me" straight from the owner Merril's mouth. If you cant trust a place to do a job that looks good how can you trust their 5 year warranty. If they will fix their job i will adjust the rating and review

stay away had a ball joint put on to alot of other places it should of been done it 2 hrs charged 4 hrs, change was missing and 4 days later the ball joint came of . This was new yrs eve morning me and 3 other people called the mechanic, by 1 30 in the afternoon no call back. Had my vehicle towed to another place where they put another ball joint on, They called these guys and told them basically it was a hack job and should refund my money, They also got in trouble with the DMV from not giving me a receipt, they had to then make one. Since that day they know and even said they owe me money, still nothing 2 months later, During this process the mechanic told a mutual friend i guess, "He can't prove anything we never gave him a receipt". Imagine going down the highway and your balljoint comes off, they were lucky i had just pulled into a parking lot and not on a main road, I would probably not be here to write this statement, and maybe others
