I bought a phone about 5 weeks ago a TCL phone I've had good luck with it so far the customer service was good and no complaints so far hopefully I don't have any I also wanted to mention I went to pay my first bill and I got there right at closing time and he stayed 10 or 15 min past closing time so I could pay the bill which I appreciate it thxs again Steve h

Very unprofessional The guy made my daughter cry instead of explaining things to her . They sold her a low grade phone then when it came time for a up grade they wanted her to pay another 400 hundred dollars . People should be wear them in Rockville ct nothing but a scam

I Went to this store the other week customer service was horrible. The lady there said my phone was no good when in fact it was I just needed a new Sim card. I would never go there again..

Had to purchase new cell phone due to current phone would not work with 5G. Nabil @ the Vernon location was most helpful regarding my questions as to why I had to upgrade. T-Mobile acquiring Sprint & phase out of 3G. I was able to purchase a phone that would work moving forward, hopefully for years to come since it's costly replacing cell phones. Not happy because I did not have my S10E very long 3G/4G. Nabil helped in transferring contacts & photos. I recommend speaking w/her. Black Friday helped in my getting S21 5G @ 1/2 off.

If you are a boost mobile customer, stear clear of this place! I was in there recently to get my daughter a cell phone. My calls on my own boost Mobile phone kept being dropped while I was in there. I asked the store associate (who claims to be the ownern now) what the reason was. After she explained to me their network has upgraded and she would have to update my phone, naturally I handed it over. She took out my SIM card, replaced it with a 5G one, and proceeded to update m
