Luis is the perfect guy to leave your car with. Not only does he charge 1/5 the price of a dealership, but he does a way better job in a shorter amount of time than any dealership.
On top of his quality craftsmanship, he goes the extra mile to do small things for your car or find any problems you may have at no extra cost. He diagnosed issues with my car that the dealership couldn't find, AND he's able to point me in the right direction to who can fix those said problems. Plus, he's a man who can find you any car parts you need at a cheaper price.

“My husband and I had a nightmare scenario— our rental car tire got completely shredded on the highway on our way home, we called a tow company that really screwed us over, leaving us potentially without a way to get to the closest open tire repair shop (on Sundays almost nothing is open). We spoke to Evan from Monro Auto Service and he was so incredibly kind to us— he told us he would even stay late to work on the car if we could just make it to him by 5:00 pm. Evan single handedly turned this awful experience around for us— getting us incredibly fast service with the most economical tire possible so we could be back on the road to try and return our rental car on time. I highly recommend visiting this shop for all your car needs— and if you have the pleasure of working with Evan, you will be getting the best customer service around!!”
“I had broken down on my way home during a 2500 mile road trip to look a college campuses with my daughter. Searched the AAA listings in the area and found Moore's Auto to have a good rating, so I took the chance and had my car towed there. Spent the night nearby, since the shop was closed at night (Thursday). Was pleased that it looked like a nice, clean place the next day, and I was greeted cordially but told that they probably wouldn't be able to look at the car right away, but I did get a call on Tuesday, saying that they found the trouble and could get it fixed by the end of the day. Since I live more than an hour away, I picked up my car on Wednesday. Turned out that the top of one of the spark plugs was falling apart and the other spark plugs needed replacing also. (They were the original plugs.) Cleaned the combustion chambers of deposits, as well as cleaning the fuel system, throttle valves, and air induction system. Was very pleased with their service, which certainly seemed reasonable and fully explained. Would not hesitate to use them again, if I ever break down again in the area!”

“1. The Service Technician: Keith is the main reason for giving this experience a 10 and a 10 to recommending this dealer to colleagues, friends and family. This is the second time, we have been assisted by this service technician, Keith, and both times - he was clear; educated us on the issues detected and on the suggested solutions. He is very knowledgeable on the brand, the models, and on what might be some of the issues encountered.2. Subaru America & Suburban Subaru should promote this service tech to "Chief of Online Service Support" to Subaru owners that would like to connect via zoom/video call with a technician prior to bringing in the car for service. 3. We are a nationwide subaru family with family in texas and california who are both subaru owners, but some of their experience with local service has not been as exceptional as mine. Specifically, my younger brother in Southern California took his subaru into the Santa Monica Subaru Service Center for regular oil change and other mainteance before a long family trip. After picking up the car, and heading on Highway 10 towards Palm Springs - he started smelling smoke and hearing a sound - bottomline was that the service tech who changed the oil did not tighten the screws and he was now faced with an emergency and had to go to a dealer in route by Ontario Airport where he had to leave the car for several days. So we are cautious about our car service, and that is why when we find a dealer service facility and a service technician as knowledgeable and helpful as today's tech, Keith, is important that they are recognized so they can help in train others locally and hopefully nationwide.Just as an FYI - Unbias Review: We do not know, or have gotten paid in any way by anyone at this business. We did purchase our first subaru here, and have been servicing here since purchase several years ago.”

“We had the same part fail twice within a very short time period. The original part was under warranty but we were not interested in putting on another part that might break and wanted to upgrade. We went to our local autozone who didn't have the new part and they sent us to the Vernon store. At Vernon, Javi and Ryan were very helpful and were able to return the old part and put the price toward the new part. Very helpful and great service!”
