Think it’s time brought my 2007 bmw m6 through auto care at 79k miles almost 110k miles had no issues other then doing maintenance it’s a v10 but wanted to say love the car and ready for a new vehicle from AUTOCARE!!!!! Thank you Frank!

Exceptional customer service!!!
As a small business owner, customer service is my top priority and I can say the same for Auto Care Motors!
The dealership is by appointment only but when I asked if I could come and test drive the vehicle as I was about 30 minutes away the rep agreed! When I arrived the car was spotless and fueled! Presentation is everything! I fell in love with the car and put in an application, was approved the same day! Process was seamless. Alexyah the sales representative was very knowledgeable and kind. When I got home with the vehicle I did notice that the ac in the 2nd and 3rd row was a little warm. All though the vehicle was sold AS IS, they allowed me to bring it in the very next day. They fixed the issue and gave me a half tank of gas! Can we talk about standing on business!! The owner Frank takes pride in his business and values the customers he serves. Even the mechanic was extremely personable!
I highly recommend Auto Care Motors. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ask for my girl Alexyah, tell her Keeya sent you!

Frank is a very descent person, very professional and straight forward. He will assist you in any way he can and he is a very honest guy. I bought my second vehicle from him and no issues and even if there is he is prompt in getting it fixed immediately. The entire team is excellent and does their job effectively and efficiently to ensure a smooth sale without hassle or worries. I don't look anywhere else for vehicles but with frank his company is top notch and the variety is amazing. Excellent customer services and they are always available for any questions or concerns you may have.

This the worst dealership ever. I got my car there and as soon as drove it off the lot, all my lights came on. The next day, I had to get a new battery. And it's only been a year since I got the car and I had to put in 5,000 and more into it! NEVER GO HERE. They told me I can't get a warranty with as is car. I also got new rims and tires because they were damaged and i got this car looked at and the people said this BMW was really unsafe to drive. I'm so mad and upset about this. THEY ARE LAIRS!!!!!!!

I stay in the neighborhood and dropped by to see a vehicle today. I noticed the vehicle outside and took a look at the outside and was very interested in seeing the inside, and at the very least starting it up to hear the engine. I went inside to inquire and was totally ignored by a sales woman while she helped a couple who was in the process of purchasing a vehicle.
I stood in that office for over 20 minutes while the manager came out totally ignored me and assisted a man who came after me. I took the initiative to ask the woman, who still hadn't acknowledged me, if that man was the manager and waited another 15 minutes for him to come back inside. When he returned I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he told me "someone" had already put in an application for the vehicle and he couldn't show it to me or sell it. Then elaborated further with his lie stating they weren't approved yet and wasn't guaranteed to get the car. Then he requested I complete an application and asked where I was from.
This is blatant discrimination, I can't sit in the car, turn it on or test drive it without an "appointment" but should give him my personal & confidential information by filling out an "application". It's 2024 and Black People STILL gotta deal with Bigoted, Racist car dealerships that only want White buyers. The audacity as this dude and his receptionist are Hispanic who think their "passing" as White.
Skin color is not an indication of wealth or status, only ignorant, uneducated people like these still believe that. I came to pay CASH not obtain credit and glad that this bigot showed his true colors before I gave him my money. Next time don't be so quick to judge, just because you a lighter skinned Minority does not make you Better than Black People. May you and yours suffer a lifetime of the same bigotry and racism in all your endeavors....

The very best experience! I came to them find a car that would be good for work but left with a car that fits all aspects of my life and is my dream car. The customer service was absolutely amazing as they helped me find a car and helped me finance it as well. I will definitely be returning here for any future car purchases but will also be telling all my friends and family! If you’re in the market for a car definitely make sure to try them out!

Bought a used 2005 Hyundai Sonata on 12/9. Everything was running smoothly, but I figured I would take it in to my local mechanic for a general maintenance inspection. The mechanic was absolutely blown away by how well this car has been maintained, he was literally gushing about it over the phone. I feel as though I got an excellent deal from Frank and his team, and the young lady that dealt with me was very helpful and professional (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
