He helped find the best value for my situation with no pressure and at about closing time. It's definitely a place to consider for good sales and warranty on your tires.”

“I am a visiting nurse in New London and have had to go to Goodyear three times this year to have a new tire replaced because I am wearing them down so fast or I hit a curb. They are always so kind to me even when I am stressed and I know my last visit I even was rude and apologized. This last visit I popped my tire in the middle of the day in between patients. I went there because I know how good they’ve been in the past and they’ve gotten me in and out while I’m trying to work. They got me a new tire and back on the road seeing Patients in 24 minutes. I am so grateful to have them as a resource and I know they will always take good care of me. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff in New London”

“I’ve been here twice now. The first time was for a slow leak which they patched up. I was in & out in 30 mins! Since it was such a good experience, I chose to come back for an oil change. Again, speedy service & very friendly employees- despite not making an appointment ahead of time. Very pleased with this shop!”

“Friendly on the phone, not in person. The waiting room was upstairs in the showroom. They had coffee, comfy chairs, and all sorts of TV entertainment (pluto, disney, netflix, etc). They also let my kid sit on the golf carts in the showroom. Price was alright. It took less time than quoted, and the job was done correctly. I was even able to bring my own parts! When it was done, they did not show me the breakdown of the jobs/services/work and just told me the price I owed; He did not explain ANYTHING whatsoever and just wanted to know if I was paying cash or card. Once I was paid, all customer service was gone and expired and THEN i was handed the breakdown on the receipt. There was a younger woman at a desk who was on her phone and did not seem at all interested in her job. They had little knick-knacks/free items in baskets in the hallway like screen cleaners, pens, air freshners, and a few other things i can't recall. Clean office and waiting area. There was also a guy in there taking a course on a breathalyzer installation he needed for his car at an open desk, IN thw showroom/waiting area while I was in there and I found that to be inconsiderate to his privacy. He probably didn't want everyone knowing what he had in his personal life, and here he was, watching a video on how to use it, right out in the open.”
“I needed a tire for my snow blower and reached out to them. They were very helpful, explained Thoroughly what my options were and because I couldn't bring in my snow blower I went back with the wheel and they took the old one off and put the new one on. Great customer service and expertise.”

“Needed new tires for my outlander Sport went online and compared the Cooper endeavor plus tires with Town fair tire and Goodyear was cheaper and I bought tires from them a couple years ago and had a great experience….so decided to go back! from the moment of my appointment, they took my car in right away and worked on it very quickly….when I took my car for a ride, I just love those tires. I will edit and update my review down the road for Cooper tires but as far as Goodyear Good place to go!”

“There are many things that I can say about this establishment. As a person from new york, Phil and the rest of the workers were very nice to me and my sister. I called the other mechanics in the area, they were either overpriced, or rude( from phone conversations). They fix my sister car and even provided a mode of transportation for her to go home. “They have a full service optical department, who knew? I recently broke my glasses, and my backups were an OLD pair. I needed something quickly. I called the optical department and they were able to get me in that same day for an exam. The process was such cool technology, went very quickly and the technician was great. I ordered glasses that day and was back to pick up the finished product within a week. Amazing! I am definitely recommending this optical department to everyone I know!”

“The staff, service and waiting area were great. I had booked my appointment through the website and when I arrived they checked me in but told me that the website allows people to book appointments even if they are not truly available since they also provide a first come first serve basis. I was happy the staff was upfront about it so I wasn’t surprised when it took a little longer than expected. They suggested calling ahead next time to see if there is a wait or not, which I appreciated and will do in the future. Thanks for the great service and suggestions!”
