“Location is tucked off the road by some unused old mills making it a bit on the unapproachable side but the facilities are nice on the inside. Shawna on site was very helpful and friendly and Rose on their phone lines was helpful. So far the service seems straight forward, clean and effective but I will update if I find anything otherwise!”
“I just stop by this CubeSmart Self Storage to find some storage for couple of things that I have an home and I found this young lady named Elisabeth and she is the real deal professional!!!!. Elisabeth was extremely helpful and sweet. She made sure to make my renting experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. The facility itself is the cleanest and well-maintained I've seen. “I have never used storage units before however, my daughter introduced me to Self Storage Solutions LLC in Waterford, CT. She has been using this facility for about 2 years now and has had nothing but good things to say about the facility.
I must admit, the people are very nice and I felt very comfortable leaving my most prize possession with them. The establishment and the storage areas were very clean, great security and just a pleasure to do business with.
The price was very fair and because my schedule is so busy, I appreciated the monthly email reminders. Customer service was great and they was always available if I had a question or two. I will continue using them for the winter storage of my car and, I highly recommend.”

I needed a storage unit immediately and she was more than happy to offer me one, set up my account, and even showed me the unit before it all! She answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. I had forgot my wallet at home and she was so patient to let me go home and get it. Thank you, Anita! Great service, friendly, and a secure place.”
“Nice facility with a good selection of rental trucks. Customer service agent Rob treated us well and was efficient. The only thing that threw me off was receiving the truck with 1/4--1/2 tank of fuel. That added a fuel stop at the start instead of at that end. In many ways that was a wash except that I had a timeframe on where I had to be in the morning. Would recommend this UHaul facility to others.”
