“I would like to recognize and highlight the excellent customer service I received at the Montville Home Depot. I purchased on line a grill and went to pick it up with my little truck and a leg boot on my left leg using crutches. Kari at customer service saw that the "guys" put the grill standing up in the back of the truck. She called for help and she climbed in the truck to lay it down so I could drive my grill home. Kari was amazing, jumping into action and helping me with my other purchases and placing them in the cab, I shop a lot and not all my experiences have been great but this one was by far the very best. Thank you Kari!!!”
“This weekend I needed three buckets of 6inch spiral common spikes for a landscaping job at my house. Home Depot in Waterford showed 5.7 buckets, which makes no sense, in stock. When I went there to pick up my product, there was not one person at that location that could help me and every time I found a store employee, they would talk to me for a minute and walk away to help someone else. Waterford Home Depot is probably one of the most unprofessional hardware stores in our area. I then called Uncasville Home Depot and they told me they had 6 buckets in stock. When I got there, the assistant manager, Sydney, helped me locate the buckets and was one of the most professional Home Depot employees I have ever met. It would be my suggestion, if you ever need anything out of the ordinary at Home Depot, do not go to Waterford Home Depot, go to Uncasville because the employees there are trained well unlike at the Waterford location.”
