“My wife and I visited the Waterford store last night for an oven and as usual in any lowes it was hard to find assistance without wandering the store. However we met Lura an associate who went above and beyond with the help of an upbeat supervisor. They got the job done and we were happy. Lowes can use more of them. When Lura couldn't find the staff for that department she called and asked her supervisor to show how to process sale. She was cool and patient. Kind. We appreciate it.”

“This weekend I needed three buckets of 6inch spiral common spikes for a landscaping job at my house. Home Depot in Waterford showed 5.7 buckets, which makes no sense, in stock. When I went there to pick up my product, there was not one person at that location that could help me and every time I found a store employee, they would talk to me for a minute and walk away to help someone else. Waterford Home Depot is probably one of the most unprofessional hardware stores in our area. I then called Uncasville Home Depot and they told me they had 6 buckets in stock. When I got there, the assistant manager, Sydney, helped me locate the buckets and was one of the most professional Home Depot employees I have ever met. It would be my suggestion, if you ever need anything out of the ordinary at Home Depot, do not go to Waterford Home Depot, go to Uncasville because the employees there are trained well unlike at the Waterford location.”
