“I want to thank Rich, Sr & Jr, and Crew for putting my car back together after a pretty serious rear-end collision, they were concerned about the safety of the car and sent it to the dealer to have the ABS system calibrated and Rich senior drove it to Mystic and back to make sure it was all right. “jose is an amazing body shop owner . he has worked on a few of my cars . just recently I got into an accident and it was towed to another body shop on the scene. well they were trying to get my title and saying that the car couldn't be fixed whatsoever at all, that it was totaled . anyways, Jose took in my car right away. my car was a disaster . and it was A LOT of work but he did it ,and he brought it back to new. he is going to give you the best price he absolutely can . jose is a great guy and so are the workers. “Don't trust your car to anyone else! I found this shop thru a desperate Google search, back in Nov-Dec 2023, when all the shops my insurance company directed me to were booked well into the New Year! They had a higher rating than just about every other garage within a 25 mile search area.
So I called Absolute Auto Body and they took my car the next day. I am so glad they were able to fit me in! This shop does high quality work, pays their employees a fair wage, and they use only high quality replacement parts! In addition to the cosmetic repairs, they also found some structural damage my insurance adjustor missed, and my insurance company agreed to pay for those additional repairs! My car is now safer, and it looks brand new! Since then, I've found (by remarks from local friends), that I actually chose one of the best body shops in the New London area! Owners Mike and Danielle are fair, honest, and a pleasure to do business with! They keep you updated on the status of the repair, and it was completed in a timely manner!
If you need collision repair work, don't waste your time with the insurance companies' "direct repair centers!" I highly recommend you call Absolute Auto Body FIRST! You'll be glad you did! I know I certainly am!”

“I highly recommend the service department. Avery is very perfessional (everyone else too) My 2021 Jeep Grand cherokee L, has had the service 4wd light on. Each time it was for a different reason. Yesterday, I picked it up drove only about 1 mile and it came on again (for a different reason). When I went back Avery made me feel that he was as frustrated as I am. Even close to closing time on a Friday he took the my car around back to the mechanics to see what was going on. When He came back, he explained the difference in codes and what they are going to do. He always keeps me informed at every step.”

T&M also had the pleasure of dealing with my apartment complexes management office since they were at fault.. LOL. Through it all, all the back and forth and telephone tag T&M were beyond patient and caring. I can tell they were really looking out for me over my apartment complex. The work done by Jason and Mike was stellar. Fern and Mike's partner are fabulous. This shop has a very much local mom and pop feel and you feel put at ease that the work will be done right. “Genius that I am, I locked myself out of my car and left both sets of keys and fobs and my cellphone in the car. On a Saturday morning, I was fortunate that a real live person at Columbus Sq Auto answered my call from someone else's cellphone. The gentleman at Columbus Square Auto said he would arrive in 15 or 20 minutes, and in 15 minutes there he was in his tow truck! Jimmied open my car door in less than 2 minutes, and charged me only $60. Highway Generosity! Thank you!”

I called and had to leave a message, but he got back to me pretty quickly, and had my car all taken care of in just a couple of hours. I believe the tow rate is a state mandated amount, but he's been very reasonable for other services.”
