OMG. What's the idea of having to give at least one star? Sherelle is the rudest, most obnoxious clerk I ever encountered anywhere—and that's saying something. Gave her an officially stamped note from an excellent employee at the Monroe P.O., asking the Trumbull P.O. to do something for me, which would facilitate my pkg. to be sorted in CT, rather than in MA. This so-called clerk erupted with an emphatic "NO!" at the beginning of every phrase could think to attach it to. Told her I was going to file a formal complaint about her rude behavior, and she declared, as if delighted: "Go ahead, you just want you own way"—gleefully shouting, repeatedly, as I left: "Ha! Ha! Ha!." Have filed a formal complaint with USPS. Let's see who has the last laugh.
(Had to drive 5 miles south to the next P.O. where a lovely young clerk did exactly what the Monroe P.O. asked to have done and more, without the slightest hesitation.) AVOID THE TRUMBULL P.O. AT ALL COSTS, should you want to retain any faith in humanity.

No one at the counter at 8.30am when they were suppose to start. A lady employee came out around 8.45 and apologized and said she starts shift at 9am. Finally they opened counter at 9am. However another lady at the counter had the worst attitude ever inspite of customers waiting for 30mins.Is anyone looking into these reviews and working to fix this problem?

Under staffed, yet better than others in the area. I waited for a solid 5 minutes before an employee showed up to assist. At times, staff here are passive-aggressive, and at other times, they are straight up rude. It's not a happy place. A photo can tell more than any words can.

The Post Office should fire, Debbie, Nancy and Kairee in order to let the public keep its dignity. Their attitudes are so nasty towards customers and nobody seems to care. Really they act as if they belong in a correctional institution...

Went there to renew my daughter passport and the Hispanic young man told me that she has to sign the passport application on cursive letters because it was a new requirement, my daughter was on a terrible distress trying to learn how to sign in cursive when this is not even thought at school anymore. Later I went to other post office and they told me that was not required. Shame on this office having people like him working to give a hard time to the customers.

Had an appointment at 3:30 to get a passport for my daughter. When I arrived, the employee said that the worker who handles the passports wasn't there today and they were sending people to the Bridgeport location. I asked why I never received a call or text, he said that they were telling people when they arrived for the appointment and said but you wouldn't have time to go now. What a complete joke! Incompetence at the highest level!

Terrible Terrible service and employees; rude, slow and no sense of customer service AT all. Been there a few times and same every single time. Would these people like to be treated the same way if they visited someone else's business? Just try some human courtesy geez.

Customer service is so terrible, I tried calling them multiple times but I got no answer once so ever. I had to call the USPS national customer service and this lady named Molly told me I should not show up since they aren’t answering their phone therefore the appointment would automatically be cancelled. I called after talking to Molly and the guy working here finally answered. Unsatisfied with this post office.

Scheduled an 8:30 appointment and was told that the person who is certified to help with passports doesn’t get in until 9. We received no call, email, etc. and had kids who needed to be in school. Extremely unprofessional and we were beyond frustrated.

The representatives have no concept of customer service. They make things difficult every time I go in there. I've had multiple occasions where they tell me a package isn't properly labelled for Priority mail only to have to show them they are incorrect. On Saturday, they would ship a package because I had used a portion of a priority mail label (with the priority mail markings cut off) to cover up an old bar code. So they watched me cut a piece of plain white paper and tape it over their plain white label. Can't wait till Amazon takes them over!!!!
