I did not give 3 stars because after going all the way there I learned that it is not like the UPS store. The Amazon Rep told me I did not need packaging and just to return the item and they would scan the bar code from my cell phone. It was frustrating to find out they don't do that at the UPS Access points. Your package must be wrapped and you must have a label.. this access point was in a CVS, So I had to buy tape which cost me $11.00 (cheapest packing tape they had) and I had to stand there and wrap the items for return. Fortunately I had the printed scanning label for two of my items but for the other I had it on my phone and they said I would have to find somewhere to print it out?. SOMEWHERE TO PRINT IT OUT? smh. Needless to say some of my items could not be returned and the deadline to return is due?. What is the point in an access point if they don't have the capability to process returns and the website don't tell you these things.

The website stated store closes at 6 pm. When I arrived, the sign at the door says store closes at 5 pm.

Slow and not efficient. The older man working has very little patience and lacks customer service skills. The technology they are using in this store is extremely dated which by my observations is the reason most of their daily operations are held up and take so long to complete. I'm sure they just don't want to put money into new technology but it would certainty make things run faster and more efficient. The store in Fairfield off the Post Road is head and shoulders above this location.

These people are fine. Unfortunately, the UPS website incorrectly lists them as being open until 6 PM on weekdays, even though they are open until 5 PM. I always call in advance, just to confirm their hours.

I am always shipping and returning stuff for my side business and for personal needs. I have been to UPS across the country and most of the time employees take their time and are slow, not keeping in mind customers needs and time. This store is quick and efficient and I have never had a problem with items being shipped out and returned. I recommend this location. Quick & effective, what we need! Thank you

Came here on a Monday because their hours online say they’re open until 630 but there’s a paper sign that says mon-friday hours are actually 9am-5pm and Saturday 8am-2pm. Posting this in hopes that no one else wasted their time trying to get here after 5pm.

I just had to drop off a box there this morning, I waited outside in the line for 20 min under 34 degrees. The line never moved and I had to leave for an appointment. I stopped by at 3pm again and it eas already closed.

Never actually open and doesn’t update it’s hours when it closes early. Staff doesn’t care about customer experience at all.

SO rude. I had to return stuff to Amazon and the second I walked in the door, the older gentleman who was working snapped at me. He angrily asked if I already had a label. I said I had an Amazon code and then he barked at me to get in line. That is exactly what I was doing before he snapped at me right off the bat. There was absolutely no need for the interaction that we had. He was not even working the register. The young man who helped me with my returns at the register was fine. I feel bad for the kid since he has to work with the nightmare of a person who was the older man working on 12/28/20 at 2pm.

Ok. I don't ship very often and I know this is the season. But I come in with items in a box and UPS shipping labels. I ask to help to estimates how many additional boxes and Bubble Wrapping I need. But no Luck. All what I get is a grumpy answer about we sell wrappers by the foot. I was seriously wanting to pay for the help with the packaging but I switched off that point. I'll box it and wrap it myself. And drop it in a UPS dropping point. Some friendly smile goes long way.

The manager is so glum! No effort to be friendly or welcoming to his customers. He just goes through the motions like a robot. Sad, should find something that may make him feel better.

Owner doesn’t even know what his answering machine says, cellphone service is basically nonexistent at the location but no fault of theirs. Would rather drive to a more friendly store than go back there
