I got my nails and feet done by two different people. They were recently taken over by new management. Gilda did my feet and it was fast and efficient, she was kind. But once I got my nails done it was a wrap. LuLu did my nails. I showed her a reference photo twice, she began putting the acrylic on my nails and under the machine, it began to burn. I told her and she was frustrated that I kept taking it out from under the blue light. I've never had gel nails burn under the light before. She coated it 5 times before filing my nails down. They were overall thick and she kept pushing my hand back every time. Once she filed them down, one of the other nail techs had to take over for her because she wasn't doing them correctly, the other techs could tell it wasn't right. I showed the reference picture again and they charged me an extra $10 for the style. Then Lulu came to finish. It was supposed to be Matte and she made it glossy. The white lines were crooked and the nails were too thick. Even one of the other techs saw them and didn't say anything because she knew they weren't right. I never leave bad reviews but this is the worst nail experience I've ever had. I'm not going back.

I just moved to the area and was long over due for a powder manicure and pedicure. I found this place in the shopping plaza and thought i could do some quick groceries afterwards. I did not have a great experience and wound up cutting my appointment very short. I requested a regular pedicure - the soaking tub needed to be filled with a bucket from the back room, the young lady doing my pedicure was rough and pinched me 2x with the cuticle cutter but oddly enough no cuticles removed, callouses were never removed (per request), nail polish was left on the toes (not the nails) and the towels were thrown behind the chairs in the dust. I stopped the pedicure. My powder manicure was done by a different nail tech. My fingers were soaked in cotton swabs and my hands were then placed in a plastic bag that I can only assume was reused since after it was taken off my hands it was placed back in the basket. At this point i canceled the powder manicure and just requested the powder be removed. I dont like judging a book by it's cover, but the atmosphere and the service were in my opinion aligned but the prices were not. I paid $56 for the removal of powder from my nails and a regular standard pedicure with no extras and no polish. I will be looking for another spot or take the drive to Fairfield until i find a local spot.

Trumbull Nails Owner Ashley takes great pride in serving all her customers well in a very clean environment. Ashley and her staff are very professional. My recent gel manicure and pedicure are fantastic.Told Ashley my neck was bothering me, and she gave me a wonderful neck massage in a private room.Very happy, completely satisfied customer who highly recommends Trumbull Nails.

I went in to this establishment on a whim prior to grocery shopping. The nail salon was in the same shopping center, so I thought I could kill two birds with one stone and try them out. I had a gel manicure. It was a horrible job, to say the least. I went back two days later and spoke with the owner, in a most friendly tone. At that point, I figured she would see how poorly the manicure was and make good on it with no issue. She said there was nothing wrong with the manicure. But when her OWN client looked at my nails, the client herself said she never would have paid for them. The owner was annoyed and begrudgingly had one of her other people fix my nails. The owner didn't bother to ask if I was satisfied, nor looked at my nails or bothered to look my way when I left. I've had my nails done religiously since I was 28 yrs old. For 40 years I have been going to get my nails done. I have never had such bad manicures [the second shot was just as bad as the first] nor have I been treated so poorly. I would never step foot into that place again. Poor customer service, a lousy attitude and amateur nail techs don't get my business.

Just had a simple pedicure. The pedicure was done nicely the shop was very quiet, I was the only patron for most of the time. Price was the only criticism. Pretty expensive for a simple pedicure.

Massage chair was broken, bizarre atmosphere, they wrote new prices over old prices on the spa menu in pen, very unprofessional woman at the front desk talked on speaker phone for half an hour. The chairs look like they've been used 5 thousand times.

very professional people. First, I got a gel manicure that started to peeling sooner than expected. So i complained to them then they offer me to re do it for free. Was nicely done.I did also my pedicure and it looks right very niceThank you si much for your service

Where do I begin? I had an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was fine I guess they left my toes very uneven and lumpy. Next I went for a gel manicure. However someone without an appointment came in and seemed to be a regular so they took the customer without an appointment and I waited over an hour with tin foil on my finger nails. Nails were very uneven, they did not clean stations after customers left. I am very unhappy with this location given that I had an appointment and they prioritized someone who does not have one just on the simple fact that they were a regular. Do not recommend unless you are a regular.
