My 2007 Honda CRV had a worrisome loud whirring noise that I couldn’t get to happen again. And it wasn’t the type of noise one should ignore! John was able to find and fix the problem! He also did preventative maintenance and tuned up the car. Dave made sure I was provided estimates and asked if I want the work to proceed each time they found a problem that needed to be fixed! And both John and Dave provided timely updates by directly calling me. Excellent service - as always - by two professionals who know cars and how to run a business! It’s rare these days to receive superb client service and experience!!!”

I have no idea what possesed me to go to Fairfiled location, I will never go there again, the person at counter was rude and they lied about tires being diacountinued. They took 4 hours to change 3 tires unbelievable.At Stratford location, Hawly lane, Robert was amazing, he got me in immediately, ordered the tires I wanted and swithced them out whithin one hour.Amazing location, and the crew is fast. “Thank You for the fantastic and fast service Saturday afternoon 4/26/24 at the Southport, CT location.I have been using both Southport and Main Ave locations for decades to maintain my daily drivers.I also own a little run around station wagon that I use for errands, dump runs and hauling large items.I realized I had really been neglecting getting new tires for the station wagon. That's not safe because tires have an expiration date. Dry rot and cracking set in over time. As a rule, I rotate my tires and replace them at least every 5 to 6 years. However, I let the station wagon go a couple years longer than I should have...Time wasn't on my side after the gentleman inspected my tires.I asked for whatever was in stock at that moment, I don't need fancy (I usually buy Toyos for my daily driver) and can it be done on the spot.The gentleman looked through the inventory found 4 tires in stock, they were very reasonably priced and they had time to do it right then and there. Turnover time was under an hour. Car alignment and putting new tires on rims in record time. ImpressivePlease, go see them.They will take very good care of you.”

“I never write reviews, but Steve the owner went so far out of his way to accommodate my husband and I on Saturday. We were stuck on the side of the road A good 20 minutes away from Steve .We Were able to pull into a commuter parking lot. Steve the owner left a party to fix our vehicle, so that we could proceed and not have to get towed. We were blown away with his professionalism and the way he treats his clients as though they are family members. I highly recommend. !!”
“Can easily recommend. Front tire sprang a leak 2 days ago and had a hunch I should really get them all replaced (I drive a lot and it had been a few years). They confirmed my hunch, and got me a good new set of all-season tires. All in all, even with no appointment I was in and out in under 45 minutes from parking to driving away, owner and staff seemed very knowledgeable, polite and communicated clearly, and I paid about $200 less than the last place I got them replaced at. I'll be back!”

“I had the misfortune of blowing off the outer thread of my rear tire on I95. Fortunately for myself it was near an exit which took me to this location. The mechanic or maybe the owner was unable to find a tire so instead took the spare tire off the rim and put it on my chrome rim and was on my way in no time. I had to force to give him money because he refused to charge me”
“Not easy to find honest and reasonable mechanics these days. They will not do unnecessary repairs. When I took my car, he could have easily charged me over a thousand but instead he recommended to check with the manufacturer since it could still be covered under warranty which they did. Now I take both my cars to him.”

“My Jeep would not start, so I had AAA tow my vehicle to Penfield Service Center. Jeep was dropped into their diagnostic garage bay and within 15-20 minutes I was out of there with a new battery and a running vehicle. I have a very good feeling that I will be using these guys from here on out!”

“I've been to this place three times and I can say that they are very honest and helpful, their pricing is honest, their honesty helps save you money. My car broke down on me a few months ago, and they stood open a little longer for me to be able to have the tow truck bring the car and I was surprised that the owner drove me home.
Just recently I had new tires put on and needed a new bearing on the front driver side, and they were able to do it the same day, in less than two hours.

“My daughter’s car was leaking coolant. Called Jensen’s after a 3 day holiday weekend figuring they would be busy. They told me to drop it off. After a couple of hours, Eddie Jensen called me to let me know that the radiator was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced along with a new thermostat and a new serpentine belt. Quoted me over $1300. Said it would probably take a week. Not only did I get the car back much sooner but the bill was $150 cheaper than quoted. Jensen’s has always been great to my family and I. Great mechanics and great customer service.”
