Stop & Shop is a neighborhood grocer offering a wide assortment with a focus on fresh, healthy options. The store is organized and clean. Cashiers are very kind and helpful, and the deli department staff have great customer service skills. However, happiness amongst employees is 50/50; most are helpful, but others will ignore you. If items are not on sale, groceries are very expensive, and deli meats are very high in price. Customers can shop in-store or online for delivery or pickup. The company is committed to fighting hunger and supporting its communities.
They are really going down hill. Things are breaking, aisles look dirty, it's hard to find what you need.

Love Hate Relationship. The self check-out machines drive me nuts, but it's close, convenient, and with coupons can be reasonable. Although I would really prefer Big Y or Shop Rite
