Woman with the long blonde braid and glasses was beyond rude and acted disgusted bc of my insurance. Announced “no charge” with a scowl when the cashier was checking out which was unnecessary and had nothing to do with her. Couldn’t simply answer a question about a script without being condescending. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a horrible experience here either. She was perfectly nice to the next woman who had a question. She was degrading and had no problem telling me to wait longer with my crying 1 year old who was very sick just to have me wait longer. Like a power play. Thanks lady never left a bad review in my life but you were nasty and deserve to know it.

The pharmacy sucks. Delayed fulfillment and ridiculous prices comparing to other pharmacies. Besides the fact that it is probably the worst Stop shop in the area with persistently empty shelves and empty price tags in produce section

Dont even try to call them. They DONT answer. Also the attitude its sooo rude! I transferred my prescription to another pharmacy! They think that they are the only ones busy! And answer a call? Why?! The customer is free enough to waste time, gas, to go there and find that the prescription is not even close to be made! (Waited 4 hours to call, no answer, and got there and would not be ready for another hour! Like we dont need the meds)

This store is wonderful. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful and the produce is fresh & excellent. The deli department sells Boars Head meats & cheeses which are the best! Prices are reasonable compared to everywhere else. Excellent organic & gluten free sections too!

Always out of frozen yogurt, fat-free half and half. Fresh cold cut prices are outrageous. Self-checkout scales are always a delay.

They never have ADHD XR medications and only have 1 curstomer-oriented clerk, I believe Linda. The pharmacists are not pleasant.

This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever had. Linda, Rob, and everyone working there is amazing. I have never had a problem getting my prescriptions expedited in such a timely manner. They know you by name and get your prescriptions off the rack without even having to talk to them as you walk up. I cant imagine going anywhere else. My wife had to change her pharmacy to CVS on White plains road and they are the absolute worst experience we have ever had. She is sad she cant still be with our beloved Stop and Shop Pharmacy. Thankfully my insurance still provides for me here. Thank you for all your hard work!

I just moved to Trumbull from Rhode Island and had a Stop and Shop in the town I came from. This by far is the best one I've shopped at. The store is clean and organized, the employees are beyond helpful, you don't have to find an employee to help, they go above and beyond excellent customer service, my cashier Margaret was amazing!! She had a positive attitude, friendly and outgoing. I will continue to shop here. What a great store and great employees.

Horrible place to shop, incredibly overpriced and the self check out has lost its mind. Something new? I set up my bags but they cant be on the belt "unexpected product" I set up your brown bags, "unexpected product" I cant place in my cart cause every single item MUST be on belt? ok so i place it as organized as possible on belt which it no longer fits then it actually ask how many bags? lol! How stupid! I dont know plus I now can get to the bags because they are behind my tower of products. So I guess 3 bags. i pay! then start bagging and it continues with there are things in the bagging area! Place really has gone down. Get it together!

Awesome place to shop. Clean, organized and the staff are always helpful. The pharmacy is one of the best. The pharmacy staff go above and beyond to ensure the customers are happy. I’m so glad this is in our town!

Therese, Rob, Linda and the rest of the staff that work here are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have always been helpful and caring but during stressful times like these, their going the extra mile is much appreciated.There has been many experiences such as these but I like to cite the most recent example of how they care for their patients. I have been unsuccessful in locating a common skin disinfecting cleaner that my Dad (who is 88), has needed to use for the past 18 months or so. As it is sold OTC it is not something that you would expect the Pharmacy team to be aware of when the item is out of stock. I’m happy to say that’s not the norm for this Pharmacy. When I was picking up prescriptions for our family last week, I asked what isle I could find the cleaner in. I recognize that the isles have been shuffled around with added products which are in greater need during the Pandemic. I looked and was not able to find it. I went back to the counter to make sure I had the correct isle number and was about to leave when Linda who had overheard the conversation came from behind the inner area and told me that Therese had ordered more but had held back one that was earmarked for my Dad. They knew I would be back in after the last time I had asked them. It was this very simple act of kindness that brought tears to my eyes. Going above and beyond the expected norms during these trying times.I’ve always found it amazing that Linda remembers everyone’s name and is pulling out the their prescription bags as she is calling them to her register. For my family, she knows not only our family names but also asks about my kids and how they are doing. To put that in perspective, my oldest graduated from high school in 2009!Thank you to Therese and her staff for maintaining your high level of standards even during these dark times.

I like you guys, I've been going there for years. But next time please fill my script a little faster if I'm there waiting, or let me know why you can't. I have terrible poison ivy and I sat in the store for an hour waiting for my prednisone. Was ready to just sandpaper my skin.

Pharmacy ALWAYS has prescriptions ready and they are very helpful and friendly. Yelp always shows low reviews for almost everything you search for compared to others and you gotta wonder what is going on with that.
