We love this brand and have bought shoes for entire family for years. However, the service we receive at the Trumbull store was horrible. Service clerk was rude, unhappy, and we could not even ask a question without her giving us attitude.they need better employees if they want to keep that store. Anyone who gets a job in retail needs charisma, and patience. Won’t go to this store again.
There is something wrong going on with these reviews ….. for every bad 1 star review there is 1 or 2 five star reviews. Isn’t that strange? And most of the five stars reviews come with photos. How convenient for the store, inconvenient for the customer. Very disappointed at your tactics to keep customers

Store was small and only had 1 shoe out to prevent shoplifting, and only 1 employee working. However, they had what I needed and Katrina was very nice and helpful. If you're nice to retail workers, they'll be nice in return, what a concept!

I purchased a pair of Skechers Sport Memory Foam sneakers. Very comfortable and light weight. Like walking on air. I suggest these sneakers if you have any problems with your feet.

Quality of staff is getting worse. They can't answer basic questions about shoes. They stay in the back or on the phone constanly. This place has no culture. Good luck improving sales.
