After coming to this bank, which is not in my hometown, I was looking for an ATM this bank has no ATM markings. I had to physically get out of my vehicle and look into the building to find out if there was an ATM or not. Not that this was an impossible mission. It would have been simpler if someone had posted a sign. Thank you.

On 6/6/23 I went into this location to replace my debit card because it was lost and encountered extremely rude staff two ladies at the teller line and the branch manager. It’s a shame because I only been a customer for 30 days and I wanted to test out this bank prior to bringing my business and or personal accounts from the bigger financial institutions but I’m definitely second guessing. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t treat me this way if my primary bank funds we’re in their institution, my advice would to be mindful who you’re speaking to because you don’t know who they could be.

I worked with Josie P. to refinance my car loan. She helped me out a lot. She is smart, efficient and nice. If you need to refinance your vehicle, go with Sikorsky Credit Union. They are great!

Story time: I just wanted to transfer some funds from my bank to Sikorsky Credit Union, but my bank blocked all three Sikorski accounts with no explanation, and they wouldn't let me relink them for external transfers. I received no help from customer service. Decided to withdraw all my funds and close my accounts after banking with that bank for decades. The transition to Sikorsky CU has been great. This location is great, the staff are very friendly, and overall I've had nothing but positive experiences with this credit union so far.

Cannot reach real assistance in an acceptable time. On hold for 20 minutes to get access to MY FUNDS. Not happy.

Started to bank with them just a few weeks ago. They didn’t know I was planning on moving my business and personal accounts from a big name bank to them. Opened a couple of accounts online with the minimum deposit needed, and they treated me like I was their biggest customer the few interactions I’ve had with them. Made me feel comfortable before I even added more funds. Wish I started with them sooner.

I have been working with Jennifer Nastri at this location for the last two weeks and it has been a wonderful experience. I got my new car loan with great rating and a personal loan to lower my interest rates from other banks. Thank you Jennifer for the great work.
