Went to Quest Diagnostic on Silver Lane, Trumbull, yesterday. So disappointed to find Suzy is no longer at this location! Airiel did take care of me and did a fine job but would like to know where Suzy has gone and, as this site will be closing August, 2024, where Ms. Airiel will be reassigned.

Mrs (I think Lily? ORTIZ is AMAZING!!! She is always so friendly and gentle. I didn’t even feel a pinch when she drew blood. I’ve never had no pain until her. I’ve gone about 5 times with her and never feel anything when she draws my blood. She is better than anyone!

I went to the Quest at 999 Silver Lane in Trumbull, CT, and could not have had a better experience. The office was clean, check-in was seamless and the phlebotomist was professional and competent. When it comes to blood work, I am a very anxious patient. She was able to keep me calm and focused, and did a wonderful job. THANK YOU.

I went there because I had an order from school for a TB blood test at Quest. The front desk - her name is Nicole I believe, insisted that I have to print out the order paper to have the blood test; however, the order actually have already existed in the system. I asked if I can give her the order number, but she said she needs the physical paper. I tried call the school nurse to fax over, but the machine somehow cannot receive signals. After multiple attempts, I decided to drive to a near buy ups store to print it out. There happen to be another Quest Diagnostics nearby so I went to that one instead of this location, the nurse got the order number and said you can have the paper back. She said that you don’t need to print it out, for it’s already in the system. I spent more than an hour in this location for nothing. Then I thought the question to can people really be that stupid is always yes!

I think the key with any of these places is the parking and people. And all it takes is a backup of clients to clog the arteries of such places. Been there a few times since my doctor is in the building, so its convenient. Never had a problem there, have not seen a backup, and if the impersonal keypad is daunting, there is usually someone there to assist. Wish they would have a flipper so clients can turn off the TV. This is not a sports bar. Woman on staff was helpful and efficient. Parking is free and EZ. And hours are not as tight as some other Quest labs. But you would think that after they punctured me and put a hole in my arm, and took my blood in vials, I would at least get a candy bar.

There is parking in the front of the building and rear of the building. I showed up ten minutes to noon which the hours clearly state they close at noon for lunch. The woman was very nice and took me right away. My paperwork was not entered into the system as it should have been by my doctor's office but she called the office and got all the information she needed. It was a very well kept, professional, and clean office. The staff member was the kindest woman and I, luckily, had no wait. I would definitely come back to this office in the future.
