This is a wonderful gift shop filled with lovely items that are artfully displayed. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, just like the shop owner. Great place all around!

Once you step inside, you will immediately see & feel the store's local charm & appeal to life and living in the Trumbull area. The store has a selection of fine gifts, souvenirs, soaps, and more from authors & artisans that are a little off the beaten path, which you will not find in any chain store, franchise, or outlet. Some of their after holiday sales might make for a good deal. They are conveniently located in the same Madison Ave plaza that also has a very good restaurant & package store.

I had a very positive experience, both times I walked in.The first time I stopped in, I wasn't sure what I might find.Very lovely selection of different things.I was definitely intrigued to say the least.I really didn't have much time and thanked, I believe the owner.She was very pleasant and delightfully, welcoming.Thank you, thank you, thank you! ?Look forward to returning.

Very friendly service during these trying times, I got the door mat I wanted, I paid over the phone, texted the owner when I arrived and curbside couldn't have been faster or easier. Pure Poetry is a real gem, and if you are looking for a robust variety of local items, they are a must visit.
