“I've used Dynamic Printing for several print jobs over the years, ranging from smaller jobs like copies and business cards, to larger orders, such as a run of 5,000 printed cards and mailers. The owner, Pete, offers the type of excellent service that you can only get from a local mom-and-pop shop. I've used bigger shops for printing services, but have consistently been disappointed by their service. I am pleased to be a repeat customer at Dynamic.”

“I went to the UPS store this morning to return an oversized Amazon item. I wasn't able to fold the item to fit in the bag and I couldn't get it to fit properly. Mike, one of the employees, was really helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to assist me and made the process a lot easier. His positive attitude was much appreciated.”

“Amarley saved the day! I came in during a torrential rainstorm and had a very heavy bike rack to return to Amazon. I had spent an hour trying to figure out how to get all of the parts back into the original box and in spite of having taken them out of it I was becoming convinced it was not possible. Amarley not only helped me carry it in, he also spent over 20 min figuring out how to get it back into the box!

“Yesterday I saw an office chair on sale and I liked the look and how it felt when sitting in it. The sale discount was $100. I was not surprised to see that it came disassembled in a box, with a reasonable extra charge to have an employee assemble it for me. He seemed knowledgeable, alert, and responsive. Happy.”
“Initially their customer service person was not someone who should be in that role. HOWEVER last more recent times I’ve been there they’ve been great!! Appears they changed staff. Saw manager (maybe owner) watching 2 girls work. She must have gotten bad feedback, rightfully so at time, but good for her. She listened, made changes and now it’s been great. So if you were turned off give it another try. Hopefully it will stay great!”
