Me and my sister both went here to get are ears pierced. They both came out completely uneven and the doctors recommended us to take our earrings out and just let the holes close. One of my ear lobes they pierced SO low, it was about to fall out. Maybe they have improved since my experience because this was a few years ago. But insane, now I have to wait a few years to get my ears repierced and let the scars close. would not recommend to anyone.

I came back here because my chain broke and I had warranty on the chain. There was a mishap with my chain and warranty in the system which made me a little frustrated but Blandyna (Blanka) stayed professional and was able to resolve my issue. She provided me what promotions were going on and how long my new chain will be cover for under warranty. Thank you Blanka for your customer service!!

Won't ever step foot near that ghetto place with workers that are outright rude, and disrespectful attitude. Tried to purchase an earring but the woman I dealt with stated "We don't have that" and proceeded to walk away without offering another piece of jewelry. Nothing just walked away without saying a word. Absolutely do not recommend anyone to shop there. Yes it's a warning. Go to the one in the Stamford Mall. Much better service. Got my ear pierced and bought an earring there.

Didn’t have a good experience, got charged for extended warranties I didn’t want on items- automatically . I realize after I left and looked at the receipt, I returned to get the extra charges refunded and It felt weird. I was told that even if the Jewelery breaks quickly, I’m stuck with it. I didn’t like the pressure or service when I returned.
