Some of the people are so rude and dismissive, the male manager with some white in his hair is super rude. I needed help, with my charm, and according to policy he had to help me, and he provided to not only deny it was true, he told me that if I brought up my problem to anyone else he’d make I didn’t get help. We had just met, I have spent so much money there and I wanna return it all, so upset. Felt extremely disrespected.

Hello Pandora Trumbull mall,About a month ago I left the store very upset and said I’d never go back . Instead I went today to try it again & give it the benefit of the doubt. waited in the wait line no more then 3 mins.Jacqueline took care of me. She was very nice, polite, and helped me with what I needed. Jacqueline was the best that ever assisted US. She deserves a raise and her work was definitely recognized by ME.Thank you girly, walked out happy and definitely wanted to give a review.Thank you honey !

Other Pandora’s I have visited has a pickup only during the busy times of year but unfortunately this Trumbull, CT Pandora lacks that option. So you purchase your items online because it is encouraged to still have to wait the long Pandora line in December. Around this time of year you should have someone asking does anyone have pickup only. If so, take them 1st which is no more than a 2 minute transaction instead of waiting for a guest who is really shopping in store. This tactic will help tremendously like other Pandora’s do. Great store but horrible holiday process. It was done in the past but the past 2 years it has not been revisited.

Everytime I go great experience except for last time I didn't have the same people...the customer service wasn't that great for the money you spend they could had put a free jewelry cleaner in my bag or just the cloth I asked I had to pay...going to find another I buy all my jewelry from there...

I was in the store in San valentine day and I wait in line for 2 hours with no problem but, after 1 hour I came back because the bracelet for my wife was too big and I just want to change the same style for one smaller and I have to make the line 2 hours more and the don't have the size pandora hello you have to improve

Worst experience today ever. Went to pick up a Christmas gift that we ordered ahead. We waited in line for 2 hours just to get the items but that was okay- obviously there's a Christmas rush. We left the store only to get an email that our order was cancelled because one of the items was in stock. Checked our bag, and lo and behold, we had the wrong items. We returned to Pandora and were told to wait in the line again. We refused, because we were given the wrong items. The sole male employee working today stated "it was his store and he wouldn't help us until he review the security footage to make sure we really were in the store today to get our items." He took us to the back and reviewed the footage and found that yes, we were return customers. I then explained that he should be trying to fix the issue as we were customers and we were happy with their mistake. He continued to be aggressive with us and accused us of lying about having the wrong items. He was insisting we stole the items we had but he never checked the receipt or the purchase order. He then said WE were being aggressive and he was calling security so he said fine, we'll wait for them. We went back out into the store to pick out a different item while waiting. In the end, security never came and the male employee never came back out either. We got a replacement item and the item that was just missing from the order they gave us and left but what a disappointing experience. Will be visiting Pandora at other locations in the future, but what a disgraceful representation of the brand.

Was told to wait outside because the store was full (There was only 2 costumers and 2 employees inside the store at the time). Walked away because I did not want to wait. Right after I left, 3 white ladies walked in and the employees proceeded to help them with the other 2 costumers still in the store when I was told it was full. Awful costumer service.

I purchased a 14k gold pandora charm on Xmas eve for my wife. My wife was concerned about the authenticity of the charm so she went to a jeweler to have it checked. The metal was plated rose gold and not the 14k gold as advertised and sold to me. When my wife returned the charm to Pandora, she was treated with suspicion as if she had done something wrong. Finally, the store manager exchanged the fake charm for one that did not seem similar in value to the price I originally paid. Terrible customer service, fake product, and cynical resolve was my experience. I would say to others to proceed with caution and have your purchase authenticated by a 3rd party if your planning to shop here.

Marisol was super helpful and patient with me and my sisters picking out a gift for mom. Even when we had her change at last minute what we wanted she didn’t complain and helped us out. I’d definitely come back to shop with her being the one to help me.

This is the dirtiest Panera I've ever stepped foot it. Almost every table was filthy with sauce, crumbs, etc. And super disorganized, out of multiple ingredients. Better off with the sketch chineese in the foodcourt.

Let me just say these ladies were amazing from beginning to end. Madelyn immediately calmed me when I called so worried. When I arrived she greeted me warmly and assisted me with so much pleasure. Vanessa followed through with questions I had as well. Talk about team work these ladies made it happen all around. I went for one thing and let’s just say I walked out with four things total. The service provided was great. My concerns were taken care of immediately and anything I wanted to know about or see was answered or shown. I thank these ladies deeply for the help. My bracelet means a lot to me knowing that my sister gave it to me for Christmas. Thank you ladies very much.
