Went there as a walk-in emissions. Woman at front desk was rude and short with me and told me I had about an hour wait. An hour came in and there was a bunch of people skipping ahead of me. I understand policy is that they fit in between their scheduled appointments. Either way I had to leave to go run an errand I got my money back and when I called to see if they hadn't an appointment or availability. The lady at the desk again was short and very rude with me. I am new to this area but I can tell you, the way these folks spoke to me I will never give them my business, I recommend you do the same.

Very happy with my first visit there. Had been told by an oil change franchise that there were all these various fluids leaking and I felt the transmission was shifting oddly, but the mechanics found I was just a bit low on transmission fluid. $107 for the checkup and fluid.

I have lived in Monroe for over 25 yrs. So I know the issue that some people have with "people of color."That is the reason I am writing this review. My daughter and I have been going to this garage for years for an Emission test. The attitude from the charming lady stinks ! I walked in with my emissions card & license and the Charming lady told me with an attitude that "I don't need to show my license, Its not that serious!" And I told her things do change from year to year so I showed her Just in case. She stated again with a sassy attitude that" it was not that serious."So after she embarrassed me in front of customers, the young man with black curly hair, came out to hand me my keys, leaning back like he was going to catch a disease from me. I haven't said anything for yrs about the attitude there, but I feel they need to know that we all are human beings no matter what color we are!

Went for walk in emissions test. In and out very quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Came here for a tire repair and they were friendly, fast and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for auto service. As for the one bad review by John H. , as far as I know, Knecht's Garage has no car wash. The automated car wash next to the garage belongs to the gas station next to it.

This is a review of the car wash only! The garage is a different matter entirely. I have been to the garage for VIN inspections and Emissions checks and they were fine. The car wash is automated and it does a very poor job of cleaning the surface grime off the car. After a couple of unsatisfactory washes over a couple of weeks I decided to try the "deluxe service" option. The price was nearly double and it was just as bad as the regular service.

I arranged to come here for a Vin inspection. They were very accommodative. They appear to be extremely busy as well and I can understand why. Very organized, BBB accredited, and they are nice. I know its only a VIN inspection but they were careful opening the door so it wouldn't contact the car parked next to me, and closed the door without slamming it, I know its minor but it shows they are being careful. I also noted that all customer facing activity is done distanced and masked. Just watch out and avoid unmasked customers. I will definitely give them a shot on my next service/repair.

I have been there 3 times and everyone from the mechanic to the people at the front desk have been courteous and they accommodate any reasonable request. Very honest and safe***.

I recently had Knecht's garage install a Roadmaster Active Suspension on my Pleasureway class B motorhome built on a Chevy 3500 express van. Knecht's Garage did a very professional installation, they took great care to not damage any of the pipes and tanks and generator underneath the motorhome. They are a Roadmaster Active Suspension recommended garage and knew what they were doing. I recommend both Knecht's Garage and the Roadmaster Active Suspension. This upgrade made a huge difference in the drivability and handling of the motorhome.

What can I say for 11 years I have been bringing my car there and for 11 years I always leave knowing I'm in great hands! From the people at the front desk to the mechanics (I use Don) it's a true family type experience! Always honest,never feel ripped off (as you do when your leaving the dealership that just fixed your car) and they never try to sell you something or trick you into believing you need anything more than you actually do. Highly recommend Knecht's Garage.
