I came in for emissions. I called ahead, no line. Staff was wonderful, make sure you have your emissions notification slip for easy, breezy, service. Would recommend to anyone!

Came here for an annual emissions test. I called ahead, and was told they were booked solid, & that I could come by & they would squeeze me in. They did. Staff was friendly, everything was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Went there as a walk-in emissions. Woman at front desk was rude and short with me and told me I had about an hour wait. An hour came in and there was a bunch of people skipping ahead of me. I understand policy is that they fit in between their scheduled appointments. Either way I had to leave to go run an errand I got my money back and when I called to see if they hadn't an appointment or availability. The lady at the desk again was short and very rude with me. I am new to this area but I can tell you, the way these folks spoke to me I will never give them my business, I recommend you do the same.

Very happy with my first visit there. Had been told by an oil change franchise that there were all these various fluids leaking and I felt the transmission was shifting oddly, but the mechanics found I was just a bit low on transmission fluid. $107 for the checkup and fluid.

Don and his team at Knechts are awesome. He always comes through for my family! I had a dead battery today. I was able to get AAA to jump it and dropped it off to Don late afternoon. I pleaded my case to get my car back asap (appointments, errands, no other car to use). He fixed it and I had it back after dinner. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate the personalized attention!!Services: Auto battery replacement
