I had an air conditioner problem last time and came here to get it fixed. I paid $1,200 to get it fixed, but they told me I had to go to the Nissan dealer and fix the computer system, so I went to the Nissan dealer again. But I got a call from the Nissan dealer. ..They said there was a problem somewhere else and it wasn't the problem that Jensen fixed it..I left another car last year and it was in a similar situation last year..At that time, I thought it was a mistake and left the second car..But I don't know about Jensen. He dismissed it...I strongly say...you should never go to this place to fix your car...

Shoddy work and rude staff. These mechanics are a dime a dozen...take your hard earned money elsewhere.

My daughter’s car was leaking coolant. Called Jensen’s after a 3 day holiday weekend figuring they would be busy. They told me to drop it off. After a couple of hours, Eddie Jensen called me to let me know that the radiator was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced along with a new thermostat and a new serpentine belt. Quoted me over $1300. Said it would probably take a week. Not only did I get the car back much sooner but the bill was $150 cheaper than quoted. Jensen’s has always been great to my family and I. Great mechanics and great customer service.

The guys crooked he lied about something he claims I needed without realizing I had more knowledge about it than he did than he kept the b's up trying to cover up he was caught snake in the grass looking for vulnerable people he can rip off

Always excellent service!Went in for a blown out tire, been going to Jensen for years. Tom recommended 4 tires which I knew I had to replace before winter and he got us a great tire and a great deal.
