I was holiday shopping and Gaylen and Rodney were so helpful and made my shopping so much easier ! Rodney helped answer all my questions in men’s product and checked items for me while Gaylen help me in woman’s and was super helpful at the cashwrap telling me about all the promotions and signing me up to be an insider so I can shop some more !!!! Thank you !!

Gaylen was so helpful assessing me with new work shirts. I bought one in the store and another shirt she suggested online that will be shipped to my house. It was an awesome shopping experience. Check out was fast and easy even with the online purchase. It was also a pleasure talking with Tamana at check out and seeing her interact with other costumers at check out! Keep up all the positive vibes Trumbull team!

Imagine I came to express ferment. As soon as the store opened, there were people in the store. I asked for help for somebody to help me. They instructed me to go find it myself. Terrible place I would never come back here again.

Tbh customer service is terrible. This is one of my first low ratings. No one helps, if you ask for help they huff and puff, I’m generally here for quick buys so a little help goes a long way. Personally, I don’t care about greeting and stuff, I just very much don’t like hostile attitudes, very unwelcoming. Complete opposite of other express shops I’ve visited in Milford and Danbury. Invest in customer service, we come to shop not get our day ruined. Thank you.

Express is my favorite clothing store. This store in particular is one of my favorites. They have an excellent variety of clothes and the staff is always super helpful. They always have great sales too! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some nice clothes. Five out of five stars.

Very poor customer service today.The cashier was very lazy and mean when I asked her for help with an exchange.Express is always my store but very bad experience today at the Trumbull Mall.
