We had an excellent experience. We were there to build bears (and other animals) for a discussion occasion. There was something everyone liked (from grandparent to parent to teen to preteen). The staff were so great, even though we showed up a little before closing. Would definitely recommend!

Surprised my kids with these cute little bears for graduation! They loved them :) so soft and cuddly.
