I strongly urge you to NOT use Biometrics. Although I was told they participated with my insurance plan I was made to pay in full up front $550 for orthotics. They billed my insurance and they were subsequently paid again. Now this has been over 3 months of me trying to get my money back. Very poor customer support and illegal billing practices. Don't get scammed! there are better orthotics companies to use.

What a great experience was to come to this place! Knowledge and customer service was the key for me here. Mary and Darlene were very sweet and helped me find the perfect shoes.I will go back for my second pair when its time !

It has been 3 years since I have been going from one place to another. This year thanks to Mary and Darlene I was finally able to get what I am in title to. Great Staff!!!

David and the rest of the team are very helpful to get my family members appointments and to fit their prosthetics. The front desk lady is very very nice.

They are absolutely fabulous! Dave and his staff will not give up easily in making the best orthotics for you. We went to him after 3 different podiatrists could not alleviate my son's feet issues, but now my teen is able to get back into the sports he loved.
