Came a few weeks ago - I hate to write this kind of review but not the most helpful staff in the camera department. The folks working in the camera department barely knew what kind of cameras they sold and the staff couldn’t be bothered to help us out unfortunately. Just standing/sitting around chit chatting. We were about to walk out when someone finally helped us out, not sure if they did that because their manager was watching like a hawk.

I went in looking for specific car speakers but after looking myself i couldnt find them so i asked the person at the door if I could get some help with car speakers. I just wanted to see if they were in the back because I didn't see the ones on the floor, the website and app said they were in stock. I waited about 10 mins and then asked the same guy for help again. After another 5 minutes, some guy walked over and offered to help (it was like I didn't ask for the help already), I told him the speakers I wanted and the connectors for them. He came out from the back with was 1 open pack of the connectors, and he said, "It came off the truck like that." I just left after that. If this is the help that's offered here I wish I could work here cause I'd be collecting a paycheck and not earning it.

I ordered online and picked it up at the store. I didn't have to wait and the associate was very helpful. He delivered and parked my 65' TV in the car which I appreciated very much.

Most expensive place. Rather people should buy online or from some other places.
They are not responsible on their selling items. For that we (customers) have to buy the plan for ONLY a year.
What is Best buy responsible for? To work as a middle agent????
I will never ever go back to this place or any of Best buy?

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful in helping us by explaining the differences in models as online got confusing with sooo many models to choose from. Competitively priced.
