Living in the area for over 10 years. Bought several shoes from this store but never again. On April 26th bought high heel dress shoes due to upcoming event. Was in doubt as my feet kept slipping out Janaiah advised to buy the untisleep insert. I did. On May 2nd took out the shoes to wear it - found out she never put the untislip insert. Drive back to the store after my work to get the insert. On the weekend I wore the shoes with the insert inside the house to see if my feet won't hurt. I wore it couple hours and I knew I can't handle the pain in the front where my toes out. Tried again wearing home next day hoping maybe it would get softer and my toes had already irritation from the day before I wasn't able to wear the shoes more than 15 minutes. On May 8th after the work I went back to the store with the shoes in the original packaging with the receipt to request the refund. When I enter the store again there were nobody in the front. I waited and the same sales person Janaiah came out. I asked if I can return she said the shoes were worn and i can't return them, I informed her I wore them only at home to test them out as she already knew I was in doubt in the first place when I was purchasing them. She said no, went back came back with the manager Kanahya and they both started kept saying I wore the shoes and they can't except them. Then I asked why do the company has then 60 day return policy when I bought the shoes less than 2 weeks ago and even I could return them earlier if I had the insert and try them out earlier but I never received them and had to go back to store and list some days on that. They started yelling at me and told me to get out or they will call security on me! I said I can't wear these shoes my feet hurt what shall I do with them????
They told me to call customer service and if customer service over the phone give them green light they can except the return. I was very upset. I left. I called customer service spoke with Juan. He promised some one will reach out via email regarding my return and complain I filed. However I haven't heard back from the company. I will try again. Return policy states return window as 60 days in original packaging! Never will buy from this store again!
I tried to go right way. I contacted the merchandise and followed the policy and tried to return the item. If it won't work I will file the dispute with my credit card company and get my money back. And if I have time I file the complaint with the Consumer protection services with the State.

I came in yesterday looking for some formal shoes. There was only one person working and she was dealing with multiple customers. Despite being pulled in all different directions, she was very nice and incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend!

Went to the store this afternoon and upon entering the store the associate who was a girl looked at me and didn’t say anything and immediately looked down at her phone and was clearly watching videos on the internet because it was loud music blasting from the phone. Neither here nor there but I came to the store to make a purchase and because I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged after being in the store for at least 6 minutes, I decided not to spend my money with someone who would act like it’s an inconvenience of me coming in to shop. I will go to Milford where I normally go and the service is exceptional. Trumbull should close down they get new employees who are worse than the old ones. Won’t be back .

Came to Aldo to try on a couple pairs of boots I saw online so I could ask for the correct size for Christmas. Jayla very promptly greeted me and asked if I needed any help. She brought out the boots and I was talking her ear off the whole time as I do, but she was so super nice and completely engaged in conversation with me the whole time! She even offered to bring out any other sizes I might want to try to make sure I knew which one fit the best! I didn’t get the name of the other girl that was working with her but she was also super kind and helpful! Amazing hospitality, I had a great experience and will definitely come back in the future to shop in store instead of online, completely because of Jayla and the other girl working with her!!! ?
