Rick does phenomenal work! He is a honest straight shooter and wants to do, and does, his absolute best to make you happy.I have been detailing myself for many years but paintless dent removal is a skill in itself out of my league. Rick has bailed me out a couple of times and the results were fantastic! Got wacked by a shopping cart recently and had some pretty nasty and distorted dents. Rick patiently went after all the accessible ones, reading them and working them out and once again , did a fantastic job, even with me right there breathing down his back half the time? ? lol...I'm just fascinated by this skill and loved watching the process..Can't thank him enough. The detailing work that comes out of there is also the best of the best! Hard working crew and always busy for as long as I remember...That speaks for itself.

Top notch service. My Jeep had lots of scratches that were all taken out by the amazing team at west side. Definitely will be back and recommend it to all others looking for a great detail service.

There aren't enough words to express how awesome Rick is!!! My year old car had "rail dust" all the way around it on the lower panels. I just picked it up and it looks better than the day I drove it out of the dealership!!!! Thanks so much!!!

Rick and his team did an excellent job detailing my 2008 E-Class. It was in pretty bad shape since my son was using it for a while and needless to say it was filthy inside. When Rick was done it looked like a brand new vehicle. I would recommend Westside 100%. Very friendly and the price was fair considering how dirty the car was. I'll definitely be bringing my cars to Rick from now on.Services: Wheel washing

It might not look like some place you'd bring your vehicle to be detailed professionally, but looks can be deceiving. The work that comes out of this place is breathtaking, to the point where you will question why you're not paying more. The reputation here is so good, that the majority of the car dealerships in Torrington have their cars detailed at West Side. That says a lot considering Mobil 1 detailing is right next door to a few of the dealerships on East Main Street, and they still choose to bring the cars to the other side of town. Stop by some time, the work speaks for itself.
