I give this place 0 stars simply because of the pharmacy. I literally sat there and watched them do the white suv's medicine in front of me tonight. I pulled up before 6pm. Seen them take payment (debit card) and everything and know they saw me there waiting before 6. Closed the window and started doing their close out in front of me and acted like I didn't exist. The blonde bimbo with the messy updo in blue smocks that was working, thought it was funny as well to act like nobody was there. I work in retail and you dont treat people like that! My prescription was sent with another and they filled one but not the other 3 days ago! I had to call them and they were like "oh yeah there was another one attached.... oopsie" terrible people that work there. Should have the decency to at least say sorry we are closing up. I WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY OTHER CAR!
Don't fill your prescriptions like they are suppose to.
Will lie and say dr didn't send it. Then when you let them know you already called the dr and that they sent the dr confirmation, they tell you it's your insurance.
When that lie gets shot down and proved to be a lie, they say they are out of the medicine.

The two assistance are very uneducated and should not be doing this job. They gave me a run around in the pharmacy had to wait had to pull around. Come back and still didn't have my medication and it was the wrong medication the first time awful please do not recommend.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, through changes in insurance, modifications of prescriptions, changes in payment systems and COVID boosters. Their service has been consistently good. Yes, sometimes there are longish lines, but that is usually at predictable times such as after their lunch break. The people at the pharmacy window have always, always been patient and polite to myself and those ahead of me, and when I have had questions they cannot answer, they have always known exactly who to immediately ask to resolve any issues.

The wait at the drive thru is completely ridiculous the wait can be anywhere from half an hour or more, my daughter waited 45 minutes to get my prescriptions of which took me having to call because I had to wait over a week for them to be filled and you get 15 min wait time then get hung up on it happened twice so I had to go through the rude store manager to get to a rude pharmacy tech. This place used to be good now it's gone to the dump

Showed up for my Moderna booster. Scheduled a week in advance. Upon arrival I was told the Pharmacy is temporarily closed today and tomorrow (Sat -Sun) due to no pharmacist being available. I did not receive a text, email or offer to reschedule. I’m on my own….

If you call the pharmacy a half hour before closing and you are on hold, they will disconnect your call. I got tired of waiting forever to get through to them that I changed my medicare health insurance from United Healthcare to Aetna. United Healthcare has a deal with Walgreens and if you go to another pharmacy you have to pay full price for your meds. I just called Aetna and switched over the their Medicare plan. Now I can leave this terrible place called Walgreens and go to Walmart or CVS for my meds. What a relief.Hey, Walgreens, what about hiring more staff to help your customers? See ya!

Very rude and inconsiderate. I asked for my son's prescription (blood pressure), it was 6:40 and it was supposed to be ready for 5:00, they close at 7:00 wasn't ready and not going to be ready until 1:00 tomorrow. I said he's already not had it for a few days, the response from the woman (that wasn't waiting on me was, "there's people that have been without for a week or longer!" Guess what I'm not there for anyone else. It's not the customers fault that you don't have enough help to keep up! After this my son will take hisbusiness to Walmart Pharmacy where they treat their customerswith respect! This is not the first issue with this Walgreens pharmacy on East Elm Street in Torrington he has had!Moving on! If I could give zero stars, I would've!

If you need Covid testing, go anywhere else!Got there 20 min b4 appt time to sit in drive- thru line for 1hr 30 min. Got to the window, swabbed, waited 15 min for the testing machine to process b4 my husband got tested. Drove away with info that they would let us know by email in 4-6 hrs. I received my results quickly. The next day my husband still hadn't heard. I called & was told computer was down & they'd call me back. They never called. At hr 25 my husband called & was told that the machine malfunctioned & he could come back after 5. He asked why they didn't call or email him to let him know... couldn't answer. Are there no procedures in place? Terrible customer service, very disappointing. He went to CVS by McDs a month or so ago, for a Covid test, took 10 min & was notified with results quickly. Sorry Walgreens, you dropped the ball.... be accountable.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff. Understaffed and close randomly due to this. Due to being closed they are unable to fill prescriptions in a timely manner.

The pharmacy has gone downhill (for me) it's slow and half of my meds aren't there or are out of stock and it takes them forever and a day to get my meds filled and refilled and forget about calling to talk to someone you'll be waiting 10+ minutes.

I received the first dose of my COVID vaccine (Moderna) here. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and on time! I also found the Walgreens website to be one of the easiest to use for appointment searching and scheduling. Once you book your appointment they send you a confirmation number and a thorough and easy to understand follow up email so you can be properly prepared and know exactly what to expect. And don’t be worried if the confirmation email doesn’t come immediately—it took several hours for mine to appear in my inbox. The whole process was well done.
