Can you just hire anyone who is another Phil?? He is literally the greatest. When I go in, I literally wait until he’s available because he has NEVER steered me wrong and has corrected many mistakes by others for me ❤️

The team at this shop is very good at helping customers get what they need. Phil in particular went above and beyond my expectations to work through some complicated technical challenges and ensure everything was right. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 20 years, and this is the best customer service experience I have had in that time.

Switched from T-Mobile to Verizon due to terrible service in Litchfield. I was nervous about transferring because I always feel it turns into a nightmare, but Phil made the entire experience so easy. He stayed late to get the job done, and kept me at ease, I was in and out in no time. Thank you Phil!

Phil from the Torrington, CT Verizon store went above and beyond to help me and I will be forever grateful. My husband is in Yale-Smilow Cancer Center dying of leukemia, and I did not know how to purchase a new phone without losing our current plan that we had paid years to reach this affordable amount. Phil helped me purchase a new phone and will assist me with setup when it arrives (with a fee per policy). At the risk of getting him into trouble by him not insisting that the only option was a new & more expensive plan. I was told this months ago by another employee, & unsure of what to do, did nothing, until desperation struck yesterday. Verizon is a huge global corporation and I understand that profits are #1, but this man, your employee, gave me help, comfort, & peace when none of this exists in my world right now. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 20+ years and will continue to always be, thanks to Phil.

I am so impressed with Phil who went out of his way to help my son and I who was hacked on our phones from T-Mobile. We saw him so many times for help he went out of his way gave us good advice and always very patient and understanding of our stress! He helped us beyond words.
