I visit and see Tariq alias T in sales he didn't speak me in good manner so I never recommend toyota torrington to my colleagues and friends he was very rude and tuff, Mr Dave was not present on that day I tried to contact him but unlucky I didn't get chance to speak with him I do have good experience for last 7 years but now the situation is different A-1 toyota is best they have nice sales department I am happy to have them

I just returned from a scheduled Maintenance appt. at Torrington Toyota. Their advertised - " Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and our staff is committed to achieving this goal in every aspect of our business", I found personally evident
today. Torrington Toyota evidenced that firm commitment to their customers in the staff I personally met in Nellie P and later Chris Heuschkel.
I met Nellie P. a new service advisor whose welcome smile, attentive and professional demeanor defied her less than a month employment at this service center. Her attention to my concerns-(numerous though they were-"Screeches", lights on dashboard, paint condition on the hood..).were not too tedious or beyond her intuitive and wide knowledge based excellent input. I was so impressed by her logic/sleuthing, kindness in hearing me out and accurate recording for the service staff to explore, most unusual and refreshing. To not be treated like a number but a person is outstanding!
In addition, her willingness to service well, went the extra mile when the service team couldn't resolve my questions on the hood/paint she went out of her way to get me Chris' business card and recommend checking out Chris Heuschkel, the Body Shop Manager across the street for advice.
That necessitates another rave review . Though knee deep in paper work, Chris as well was willing to help me. He checked out the paint on my car without an appt. all with the expressed desire to help and serve. Remarkably so, he found the exact method to eliminate the visual paint markings on my car and made it look good as new.
I rarely see service like these two represented today. I had to bring a stellar review (rarely write them) and attention to their corporation and the public, that these folks go the extra mile and are well worth your business. Nellie and Chris are evidence that Torrington Toyota does care about their customer's satisfaction and is committed to your satisfaction!

We had our 2017 Toyota Highlander repaired by Chris and his team in the Toyota auto body repair shop. They did an amazing job. I actually didn't recognize my own car. I would highly recommend them for all repairs. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car fixed. Thank you all for such great treatment under such a stressful situation. The staff at the auto body shop and the service department and the salesman are the best people to deal with. They treat you like family

Paid $100.00 for lost key insurance, said as long as original owner covered. Not true. 76 months only. Guess the old read fine print in contract trick. Also have that free oil change as long as original owner, bet that's not true.
Update: just got call from owner, Dave Utech, apparently my problem to find third party contractor for key , they have no record. Guess they don't keep good records but they keep sending me mail to buy again. Lol would u buy again?

I worked with Tee. I have some health limitations and they easily worked around it to fit my needs. Service was excellent, fast, and efficient.
LOVEEEE the commercials too! Dan seemed very kind as well.

I have only used them for routine maintenance purposes. The people have been very friendly and have not tried to push needless items onto the to-do list. While slightly higher in pricing than if I'd gone to independent locations, I've found their pricing to be reasonable for a dealership.
