My Hyundai Elantra needed some body work and I went to them. My complain is not about actual quality of repair work. Body shop manager had extremely negative attitude. Also, they did not work with my insurance company to get my insurance company pay them directly. I first pay everything out of my pocket and then worked with my insurance company to pay me. In addition, they had me waiting long time for an appointment.

I’m so happy I discovered this dealership through carguru. It’s 1.5 hours away from me, I bought a 2011 BMW x3 for a great price with very low mileage and they bought my old car from me! The dealership was very accommodating and fixed issues with the car I discovered before buying, they also gave a rental car in the meantime for free. I’m very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend this place to anyone!

Just bought a new 2024 Hyundai Elantra - candy apple red!!! I love it. This is my 3rd Hyundai Elantra. I would highly recommend Torrington Hyundai if you are looking for a vehicle.

We have purchased all of our cars at Torrington Hyundai since around 2000 and have loved each one. The whole team is engaged and really do care about their customers. The car I just traded in was an Elantra with 289000 miles on it. Still ran great but i was ready for something newer. You can't go wrong doing business there and no, i don’t work there or have any financial interest in the company. Mr Alfano should be proud of his dealership.
