My dog is quite large, quite intimidating to some, and a big baby when it comes to the vet. Somehow they've made it work for a Rottweiler who growls at them through the entire visit despite being muzzled. Dr. Mary takes time to answer all our questions regarding his multiple health issues and always calls us herself with test results. I highly recommend them. Everyone from the front desk to check out and everyone in between has always been wonderful.

The doctors at Torrington Hospital save my cats life. I am so thankful for Dr. grass on and the staff at Torrington Hospital. They are the best! I have been Taking my animals there for over 20 years. Thank you Torrington animal hospital staff.

This is the finest, caring Animal Hospital. 2nd. Generation and my niece 3rd generation going there. Dr. Grasson is awesome! All the staff awesome folks. Been very Happy bringing my Siamese. She is well cared for by all staff.

Dr. O was great with my female feline. She was quick and efficient with answering any questions I had or just letting me know what she was doing with my cat. Very much recommend and will be bringing any future animals I get, here! Thanks again for a quick and easy visit!

When I first moved to Torrington, my cat decided to eat a flower that is poisonous to cats - our regular vet was 40 minutes away -so I called a few veterinarians in town - the 1st said they couldn't take her as they were full - I DID SAY POSIONOUS FLOWER-I called the next vets office, which was Torrington Animal Hospital, they told me to get her to them asap, no further explanations needed ... they rushed her into the back and started taking immediate poison control procedures on her, while I was giving them as much info as I could and our previous vets info. It was amazing to have such immediate action and care for someone that wasn't even a client. I switched vets that moment. The cat is fine after spending 2 days with them. I could not be happier - I now bring 2 cats and a rescue dog (who just had to have 8 teeth pulled) to them. The care and compassion from every one of the staff is amazing. No problems answering any questions, no matter how obvious and silly they sound, during covid with so many restrictions, I even emailed concerns & questions and got responses that day. They saved my cats life and treated us like we've always been clients. I highly recommend them.

I have been so impressed with the vets, techs, and administrators at Torrington Animal hospital. I have brought in my 3 dogs who have all Ben so well taken cared for. One of my coo hounded had been wounded by another dog my wounded dog and she was cared for with great kindness and economy. I brought in my new Catahoula young adult dog who was given a thorough check up and finally I brought in my other old hound who unfortunately was suffering from cancer. The care and empathy from the vets and staff has far surpassed my expectations. Most touching was recently receiving a hand written sympathy card from the vet after we had to euthanize the dog with cancer. This is how vet and all around health care should be. Personal and full of love and care.

Unfortunately over the phone when making an appointment over a month a go for new client's....they never once said only one person allowed. I brought my 4yr old child because im a single parent and they basically said he couldn't come in. That they will take my dog in and see her and I have to wait outside. Excuse me this dog is like my child...this is first time she being seen here and is only three months I do not have trust in these people being new.....so no thank you. I will never come back here again....how unprofessional to let me know the new rules over the phone because of covid and new variant.

We love Dr Grasson. Fantastic vet who goes above and beyond. Always gets back to me in a timely manner and truly cares about my dogs. She is patient and understanding of their special needs since they are not easy dogs to handle. I trust her 100% with my pets. Since moving we still travel 45 minutes to take our dogs there.

I just want to thank the staff and Dr. Flint Torrington Animal Hospital for taking such good care of Glock today. Every vet I have ever been to gives me a sedative needle and makes me knock him out before all visits. Dr Flint and his staff came out gave me a muzzle and took their time with him and used no sedation at all. Something no other vet anywhere has ever done, their answer was to always knock him out first. They were able to do everything that needed to be done, and G

Torrington Animal Hospital is such a wonderful Veterinary hospital. I have been going for 30 years now. The staff is always so caring and accommodating. Dr. Grasson addresses each patient with such care and knowledge. She has helped our fur family in many times of crisis and has always helped us make the best decisions. Brought my dog in for a checkup and rabies vaccine. Received excellent care. Kudos to TAH for their COVID procedures - greatly appreciated! Don’t think my dog would agree, but a great visit.

This Hospital takes such good care of our dog Piper! We had an emergency today and they had us come right down, our girl had a minor injury and was released efficiently. I can’t thank Dr.Grasson enough for her expertise and care!!! The staff is always so wonderful to us also... splendid experience in times of distress as always!!!!

This is a place that treats you like family. They provide the highest quality of care for our furry ones and as long as I live in CT, I will travel any distance for this vet.
