What happened? This place used to be FANTASTIC. There must be new owners. Such a disappointment the last two visits: I won't be returning or buying gift certificates anymore from T&T again.

I have been going there for years. In my opinion,Tips & Toes has gone downhill since Tom & Lily left. They ran a successful thriving salon. I called & scheduled an appointment for gel nails at 11:00am & arrived there a little before. I picked my color & was told to sit,someone would be with me " in a minute.". There were four girls there,all busy with patrons. I waited,& waited. Finally at 11:30,after waiting a half hour with no sign of anyone available to do my nails, I got up & left. From there I went to The Nail Spa where my nails were nicely done upon arrival. I will be going there from now on. When I made my appointment at Tips & Toes I was asked for my phone number & no one even bothered to call me to apologize for their lack of service. I predict it will eventually close.

Edit:3days afterwards the rhinestones started coming off $131 not worth it, pedicure was wonderful. Real nails with gel polish rhinestones, pedicure $55 with gel polish and rhinestones absolutely not worth $131.I found this place on Yelp and I decided to try it out, the place is very nice and clean the tools they use are sanatized in a heater thing. I got the $55 spa that's the only thing I seen with a price around, with the foot spa I got the full work done, it was splendid because I never had a pedicure before and this was my birthday present from my boyfriend. So I wanted my toes done with a French pedicure with gel nail polish and rhinestones, she did get a little upset with me because I or her accidentally bumped my toe in the little white machine and she had to re do it, of course I apologize for it. Then I got my nails done I didn't want fake nails so I had her even out my regular nails and do a French Gel Manicure with rhinestones. They do ask if you want a back massage also which I politely turned down, I went in at 2pm and didn't get out till 5pm, I knew the spa $55 the total cost and I remind you no fake nails, regular nails with 2 toes with rhinestones and 2 fingers with rhinestones came to $131.00... Which my Boyfriend said Happy Birthday to me but never again here. They did a great job but I have to agree with him on the price it was just way too expensive.

The place is very nice and clean, they sanatize the tools that they use, I got the pedicure that was for $55 this was my first pedicure ever so I wasn't sure what I was in for. It was absolutely amazing and worth the $55 because they really do scrub your feet, salt scrub, lotion you, use hot stones, hot towles. I went in at 2pm and didn't get out until 5pm, had my toes and nails done in a French Gel Manicure with rhinestones I didn't even get fake nails just my regular nails the whole total came to $131.00 which was pretty expensive because there is no sign for prices just on the pedicure spa. So yes I was happy with the whole pampering and everything but I wish the price wasn't that much. Edit: After 4 days the Rhinestones fell off! That really ticked me off, wanted nice nails for a wedding, someone else on Yelp complained about this I should of listened.

Went for an eyebrow wax on Tuesday, next day woke up with visible burn marks to my skin under my eye brow. When I called to make it know I was told “maybe you have an allergy”. I’ve been getting my eye brows waxed for over 20 years and I’ve never had an allergic reaction to the wax.I am embarrassed because it’s on my face and I cannot hide it, and people keep asking me “what happened?” Not only is it embarrassing but it hurts! I am a nurse and know the difference between an allergic reaction and burn. Went in today to show them the burns and got a flat apology, they didn’t offer a reimbursement, a discount on my next service, nothing! They refused to take accountability and blamed their lack of knowledge in handling hot wax on me. I will never go here again or recommend it to anyone.

Great service. I went with my girlfriend with a gift card I bought her and the staff was nothing but nice to us, and my girlfriend has been doing nothing but complimenting the work they did on her. Such a great job they did on her and the experience was cool for me, I’d definitely recommend bringing your loved ones here. Great paint jobs, and kind people running it.Services: Nail painting

I don’t write reviews almost ever but this was genuinely the best salon and spa I’ve ever been to. I had gone with my boyfriend after he surprised me with getting my nails done and couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. The staff are incredibly welcoming and treated not only me but every customer that was there at the time with the upmost respect. Not to mention the nail job they did was phenomenal and so worth the price. The gelling was quite literally perfectly done and the pedicure was a very relaxing experience. Hygiene is a big thing for me, but here I didn’t have to worry about that. You could tell first-hand that the tools being used and the salon itself was squeaky clean. I will 100% be returning here again.Services: Pedicure

I am the Mom who went with Liz B. I can honestly say this was one of the worst pedi’s I have ever had. The girl who did mine left every nail crooked and couldn’t get the ingrown out. Someone more experienced helped her. She seemed quite tired and kept zoning out. This was our second visit here and will certainly be the last. And, that man at reception truly did check out every woman’s derrière as they walked past. Totally not worth it, steer clear.Service: Pedicure

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I would give this place negative stars if I could. My boyfriend called ahead and made appointments for mani/pedis for my mom and I, was given the price and that we were all set. We were not. I can not say for certain that they sterilize their metal equipment; as they refuse to open them in front of you. The porous foot scrubbers are used on multiple people, you can see the wear. I’m uncertain that anyone there is licensed besides the owner, if you don’t look like you speak Spanish they will speak poorly of you in front of you, and please watch yourself in front of the male receptionist, he took no shame in leering at whomever he found attractive, which really set the scene.Service: Pedicure
