I went into the Torrington store to ship a package to my grandson In North Carolina. Harmony was excellent to work with. We had to change the address a couple times because of our own fault and she was very patient and helped us make sure we get our Christmas present shipped out. Thanks again, Harmony.

Always have friendly interactions with the staff - they are very helpful. Had to stop in and pick up a bunch of boxes and packing supplies and the manager and associates were very patient kind and went above and beyond to help me out (all while handling a rush). Great team!!

The owner of this store, Eddie, inconsistently charges customers for packing. He'll just pick a number off the top of his head based on how he profiles the individual, if you plan on dropping off something as a pack and ship item, demand a quote upfront or expect to pay more then the shipping itself.He also treats the employees who work there terribly, belittling the women who seem to do all the real work while he sits in the back chatting on the phone.

Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable on their services. Even though I was unable to return my package due to the cost exceeding the purchase of the product, they were still able to drop it off at my house at no cost to me.

Store is overpriced more then other UPS store. the owner is rude and ALL his staff that is related to him is also rude the other employees are fine. However they are deliberately delayed in handing over UPS no label or packaging items to Amazon. I dropped off several items on a Monday and they didn't hand them over to UPS until 3 days later delaying my refund. But the items that I had to pack myself were handed to UPS the same day. They also randomly close down the store earlier than the listed time. You can never reach them on the listed phone number as well overall don't waste your time at this location. USE THE canton UPS store much better customer service.

Wow, I was super impressed with Richard's customer service and creativity! He helped me with an urgent issue that needed to be taken care of and suggested ways to take care of them that I didn't even think about that didn't require me to even come into the store. Absolutely incredible to work with you Richard!Update 10/30/2024: Wanted to give a huge shoutout to Carlos who was so helpful and friendly with my complex and time consuming situation. He went above and beyond to take care of me and I am so grateful. Thank you so much Carlos for all your help. Such a life saver for me!

I was told ups in Torrington would take care of the spectrum tv box. I had to go to 3 ups stores before someone would help.

If a business hours show that this location closes at 7pm, then they should really stay true to their hours and close at 7pm! Not lock the doors at 650pm and pretend to not see customers trying to get in! So incredibly rude. Never going to bother coming back to this location again!

Retrain your employees:To the owner please help me find my package TBA307994799807 was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk. Signed by: RichardDaniel Roman, 264 MAIN STEmployees stated that Amazon lies about their delivery and uses UPS employees names and UPDATE delivery as delivered. What???I feel bad for the owner of the store. You are paying sales associates and sales associate Eddie to be rude to customers. Congratulations.u are paying this associates good amount of money to be lazy. Lack of communication. Lack of sense of urgency has no initiative I mean I hope you’re paying this man and employees really really well.
