I have never had great service at any dealership ever except for maybe one years ago. The majority of them stress the sales aspect but slack on the service side simply due to greed. Sullivan Honda, however, is not this way. Not only are they quick and accurate with their service, but they are reasonable when it comes to service recommendations. No unnecessary greed to be found here. Thank you!!

Purchased a used vehicle from Matt Lavallee and Tim Kulia. Matt was informative and helpful. When a couple of issues arose after the delivery of the vehicle Kevin Sullivan assisted in a prompt courteous manner and quickly resolved the issues. With Kevin's efforts I would recommend the Sullivan Auto Group to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My car salesman was Tony and he was the absolute best. I am young and this was my first car purchase and he was so patient and thorough with everything I asked or questioned. He made the entire process so simple. And the man that I dealt with for the financing, Tim, was also amazing; he was thorough and explained everything to me. Even the salesmen/employees I didn’t directly deal with were kind and welcoming. Overall a great experience!

I had the pleasure of buying a new 2024 Civic with Matt L. Of Sullivan Honda. Not only was Matt incredibly knowledgeable of all the features of the car, but he walked me through different finances/warranty’s without pressuring me to make any purchases I was unsure about. Even after the sale was completed he made sure I had a good understanding of all the features of the car and was/is available for any questions going forward. I highly recommend both Matt and Sullivan Honda for all!

Brought my car in after it was rode long and hard and put away wet. They did a great job going though and letting me know what needed to be done. They fit me onto the schedule quickly and got everything done in a timely manner. I feel like a have a new car now.

I just took delivery of a new 2023 Honda Passport.I am very satisfied with the way the whole process went.Anderson Borja, the Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable and courteous. Sam Lauzier, the Sales Manager, was able to find the vehicle in a reasonable time with the correct options and color.The staff was professional and a pleasure to work with.The staff at Sullivan Honda are dedicated to treating their customers in a professional manner, and I highly recommend them.

I have used Sullivan Honda for the last 3 service visits related to my wife’s car. They have been fair and reasonable with all aspects of service. A better experience than Manchester Honda or Honda of Watertown. Oil changes and rotations are a little pricey but they replaced a condensing under Honda extended warranty without a diagnostic charge. I have read that other dealers have been charging. They also wash the car after every service.
