My son recently purchased his first car from Sullivan Honda. We had the pleasure of working with Will Guido and our experience was excellent from start to finish.
Will was kind, professional, and extremely patient with us as my 16 year old navigated this new process. Will took the time to answer questions and explain everything with genuine care.
The man in finance demonstrated all of the above as well, though his name escapes me at the moment.
We were very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend Sullivan Honda and working with Will.

What I love about Sullivan honda is how knowledgeable and kind the staff are in ALL departments of honda. Marissa, Laura, and Paige at service always take the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a way I can understand. Dave in sales is very kind and he made sure the process was easy for me getting my new HRV sport. Tim in finances is honestly a miracle worker, even with not so great credit he finds a way to make things happen. Thank you to all Honda staff and the people I mentioned for being amazing each time I visit. ?

Excellent customer service. While car shopping I stopped at several dealerships and most were too busy, asked me to make an appointment but Sullivan Honda had several people welcome me without an appointment. Will Guido was a great salesperson.

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Jessie S. He was a true pro. Attentive, responds quickly, and knowledgeable about his work, and is easy going. Made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend everyone go see Jessie, if they are in the market for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed!

I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes late, was greeted in friendly and professional manner, and was informed about the work plan for my car, my concerns. All the work was done very efficiently while waiting in a clean and pleasant room. I trust the people who take care of my car, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great experience with Jessie. He was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He made our car buying experience easy from start to finish. Tim in finance was also great! He was honest and helpful, he explained all our warranty options in detail, and helped us pick the right one for our new (to us) car. Thank you both for all your help!
Edited to a 3 star on August 23, 2024. We took the car to our mechanic to have a once over. When we bought the car, we were told after our test drive and before delivery that our break pads and rotors were being replaced. We confirmed this on the day of delivery and we were told they were replaced. We confirmed with our mechanic that was a lie, there is no possible way they were replaced recently. We also found out our transmission cooler lines are visibly leaking and need to be replaced for almost $500. We can’t trust the shop at sullivans to do honest work so we will have to pay out of pocket unfortunately. We really liked our sales associate Jessie, however we cannot recommend this dealership in good faith.

I will not give my business to Sullivan's in the future. I'm aware of 3 vehicles that have been purchased from there over the last couple of years and all 3 have had the transmission go at some point this year with mine being the most recent. They sold me a power train warranty that didn't cover anything. Also had to make a special trip back to recover the skid plate they the service department forgot to reattach to the vehicle.

Purchased (Cash) a 2018 GMC Acadia STL with over 57,000 miles a few weeks ago. The salesman Alex was very professional, and communicative. Alex called me earlier this week (8/5) to see how the car is doing and if I was pleased with the purchase. In all honestly I am very hesitate/unsure of the vehicle and really wish I did better research. I have already experienced cooling issues, where the cooling fan is running (loudly) but the temperature gauge is not registering. It might be a thermostat issue but you would think the service department would look over the vehicle prior to handing it off to me. GMC recommends a cooling system inspection @ 60,000 miles. Come on Honda Sullivan you should of done your due diligence and performed an inspection. Another issue is that the car fax stated the front brakes were replaced in June 2024. The day I purchased the vehicle (7/19) I was told they need to replace the front brakes (strange). Every morning when I back out of my garage my brakes make noise. What's strange is that the front brake replacement that apparently took place at the time of purchase was never recorded/logged via car fax. Lastly, the interior and exterior was filthy. They definitely do not have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. I guess I set the bar to high for Honda Sullivan. So after my phone call with Alex (salesman) on Monday (8/5) he referred me to the Service Manager and I left a voicemail. I have not yet heard from the Service Manager which makes me believe Honda Sullivan is a bunch of scum bags. I will never purchase another vehicle from Honda Sullivan and I highly recommend you don't either. I am very frustrated with the whole experience. If your thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle do your research and take your time in your decision making. Take your business elsewhere especially on the service/maintenance side of things. Honda Sullivan you need to tighten up and rethink your core values and practice what you preach.

I had a great experience here. My salesman was Matt Lavallee. Matt is a very knowledgeable salesman. He never was pushy at all. He even stepped away so that I can make a phone call before deciding to trade in my car. After test driving the 2025 Honda HRV Sport, Matt asked how I liked it and informed me that it was up to me if I wanted to think about it for a few days. But I already knew my decision and was ready to purchase the car. Not once did I feel pressured by Matt. He answered any questions that I had. He even kept me in the loop while they were having the car have its final inspection before leaving the lot. Matt was really kind and patient. I would definitely go back if purchasing another Honda. Thank you Matt! ?. By the way…the car drives SMOOTH!!
