So I’m in my local staples making an amazon return and I notice some laptops. I’m looking, and looking and looking, then walked up and down the isles, workers were in an area where they sell office chairs, I walk back to the laptops, I walk around stopping at each and every one they have.
I got zero ‘can I help you with anything?’
Nadda, zip, zero.
So my conclusion is there is no customer service at my local Staples.

When you turn in an Amazon return, you get a coupon. Great incentive to purchase school supplies here instead of elsewhere.

Tech Manager was not in store yet...cashier asked if I could wait a bit while she contacted Store Manager who was tech savvy. Manager came and she is tech savvy and absolutely saved me from calling a repair service. Patient, smart and extremely helpful!

we’ve been here twice and the first time, we got our prints and then they called us when we just got home, saying our card declined when we were also there for 15-20 minutes after we got the prints so they could’ve told us then. we did go back just because we were considerate about it and the guy at the printer section was alright about it all, saying it would’ve been a loss for him if we didn’t go back to pay for it (we also brought the prints too just in case and we didn’t want to get in trouble for anything). today, we did more prints because we need screenshots for something and half of them were blown up and cut off. the last half was perfectly fine but not the first half for some reason. we called them saying what happened (it was a female who answered the phone) and they offered a refund or them to reprint them and we thought that if we came back, they would’ve been done already but they weren’t. the same older guy said we would’ve had to send them to the email to reprint them, making it more complicated then it already was and made us think that we would have to pay for it again. we ended up leaving because we were frustrated and confused. we did call again to ask for a manager and a refund but the same older guy (i think his name is jonas) answered. we did go back but wasted 40 minutes of our time just for them to say that they didn’t get the 4 emails we sent them of the documents. when we did send them, they just said that it was still blown up or they didn’t know how to fix it. we did spend a lil bit arguing with them about how they “didn’t blow the screenshots up” but when they showed us their screen, it was zoomed in at 150% so it all didn’t make any sense at all. it wasn’t like that on our end so we just wasted money for no reason at all.

I use the Staples in Torrington on Main Street regularly for work and home and find the associates very friendly but professionally and helpful. I also love the location!

I found exactly what I was looking for at a price I was willing to spend. It took 20 minutes to assemble the chair and I love it. Can’t get any better.

The older guy Jonas or whoever at the print and service is the most INCONSIDERATE person and tears this store down. Very rude with customers, picks and chooses others over people who’ve been waiting over a simple minute task. I’m surprised he’s even there, is employment seriously that bad? Smh. Would do 0 and not changing until some reforms take place. Shame.

I put my packet for USPS here and it never made it to USPS. The package is missing. Don't trust USPS at this location. USPS drivers have an issue picking up packages from this location
