The best place in the area to have lamps rewired or refurbished.

Such a cute store with beautiful vintage pieces, from lamps to clothes to jewelry, and more. Cash only, no card but they do take Venmo or PayPal so keep that in mind *edited to fix payment type ☺️

Place is awesome! I rented the speakeasy for my wife’s 30th birthday. It couldn’t have been any better. The food, drinks and staff were outstanding. One of the most unique places around. Definitely return.

This is one of the best brunches I've ever had! An ambiance like no other place you've ever seen-all vintage lamps with fringe, chandeliers, clothing, furs, jewelry, and prohibition era cocktails better than anywhere else. there's a speakeasy upstairs! The brunch was unbelievable, so worth the trip. The chef, Karen, is a culinary genius. Do yourself a favor and go eat here. Treat yourself!

When you walk in, you are not sure where to look or where to walk. . .it is a feast for your eyes and greeted by some of the most lovely people. There are crystal chandeliers and pieces from time gone by--whether it be lights, sewing kits, clothing or furniture--this is shop and restaurant that should not be missed. The food was delicious; with Brindle as our server a true delight. I had the crabby crab cake and salad. My friend the fig stuffed French toast; both just delicious. We started with Bloody Mary's that had just the right pop and filled with all kinds of fun foods. We walked across to the Warner chatting about what a lovely spot; and one to visit again. Don't miss out; it truly is one of a kind with people who care and want you to enjoy.

We had tickets for a 2 pm matinee at Warner Theater (literally a 2 minute walk away) and decided to give it a try based on other TA reviews. The fig-stuffed French Toast was amazing. Huge selection of Belgian waffles, omelettes & other brunch fare. When you’re done eating, it could take you hours to wander around and explore the store.

I have a beautiful Blue vase my sister bought me years ago, for my second marriage. I treasure it. I had been looking at it for a long time, so my sister knew exactly what to buy.

My husband and I accidentally found this adorable place for dinner. The crystal chandeliers and 1920’s decor and music gave us the feel of a speakeasy. The excellent service and delicious food made us want to return many many times. He had the tomato bisque which was fresh and delicious. I had salad and the salmon special- honey glazed salmon and vegetables. His main dish was a mustard chicken breast with pistachios. Both of our dishes were fresh, with unique herbs and amazing flavor. We had an apple strudel with vanilla ice cream and caramel. This rivaled strudel we enjoyed in Vienna. Drinks and coffee were also excellent. We will definitely return. Our new favorite spot in Torrington!

Quite an eccentric place. Loved it. My son and I stopped in here for a coffee and cookies after a visit to the kids museum. Delicious cookies and definitely an engaging atmosphere. Would love to come back to try lunch or dinner next time we're in the area.

We celebrated our anniversary there and the attention from the staff was incredible.
