No surprise the majority of reviews are 1 star. I’d leave a 0 if it was allowed. front desk at CCH is rude. They don’t explain the kiosk, which took us a minute to realize is off to the side of the entrance. By the time we checked in we missed our appointment by a minute. We were dismissed and then added to the walk in list. The monitor read 0 currently being served.

Easy to work with. Called in for a bloodwork appointment the next morning. Checked in five minutes early and was seen in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly.

Caution! Rant Coming...If you ever have the chance to use #questdiagnostics DON'T!I went in for a blood test with an appointment on March 16. I had to wait an hour and a half even though I had an appointment. The workers were angry with each other and angry with the patients. I was told 2-4 days for a result. After a week of checking I called to find that they shipped the blood to CA. Wait 2 more days. I called again to find that they ran out of the agent needed to do the test... all tests would be complete March 31. When I called the 31 they said Monday April 3. When I called Monday the 3 they said it was RETESTED April 1 and the results would be on April 5. When I called today (April 5) they have no record of any retesting and claim it will be April 8. I understand perhaps a mistake in order or supply... but this constant push off seems like a lie to cover the fact that they lost it. I feel so helpless. I wish there was something I could do. I wish there was some kind of law or enforcement agency to report them to. This is not just a blood sugar level... it is a test with major implications.

Every visit it's something new. Last visit walk in early schedule for on time and sit there for half an hour and wait. This time through no fault of my own I was 10 minutes late and they canceled my appointment. So I'm forced to wait for them but they're not allowed to wait for me.

My first appt. was cancelled because I was 2 minutes late!! After waiting for an hour for the second there was a problem which a woman whose name was Amy was so helpful with, there are no words. She got in touch with my Dr. went out of her way and was great!!!! Other than Amy, DO NOT EVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TOO.

Waited 40 minutes with an appt. There were no other patients waiting! Perhaps Kim could have said sorry for the wait.The blood draw was painless

I went to the Charlotte Hungerford quest for my appointment. I had an appointment but still had to wait 45 minutes. There was no receptionist only a computer. Many of the people were elderly and needed help signing in. The job fell on me and another patient since no employee was available. The woman who drew my blood was friendly and professional.

We were recently scheduled for lab work here, our first visit to the lab at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. And most importantly, the drawing of blood went very well thanks to the good work of Kim. This is never a fun thing for us, but it was done knowledgeably and professionally, and we're grateful. Thank you. The check in process with a new electronic kiosk is a bit slow and cumbersome. It really takes up more time than meeting with a real human. We suppose it may be saving somebody some money, but it's not friendly; we miss talking to a smiling receptionist when we go into a medical office.

Don't go unless you have an appointment scheduled. The check in scanner is confusing, and the worker there stated that I might be able to get in today workout an appointment but not likely. He was very rude and not helpful. When I said I will go somewhere else, he stated I won't be able to get in today and should just wait until they have an opening maybe. The lady in front of me and a guy behind me walked out with me. Terrible place. Went to Winsted and in and out within 30 minutes, no appointment (but suggested), and very professional and kind technicians.

Two days in a row I checked in on a screen an waited. And waited. And waited. People in the waiting room with me agreed that they too have had to wait and wait. I had an appointment the second day. A human being finally emerged after 35 minutes and explained that the check in screen overrides the appointments. I left after 45 minutes. I will try the other site tomorrow.

This quest sucks. I have been waiting since 8am and they by pass me. They also have very poor customer service which is exactly why I avoid going there at all cost. I will drive further away instead of dealing with the unprofessional and miserable people.

What a great facility. Had my blood drawn 10 minutes ago by the excellent staff. I've just found my new home for blood work. Cheers!
