Great experience with Jeep service today. Had a small problem on our Wrangler as a result of our last visit so I spoke with them about it prior to coming in. They came through and corrected the issue quickly, without fuss and without expense to us. Very professional, thank you!

I would avoid this dealership service….Had vehicle towed here. Not a customer. 2023 Jeep GC Summit. 6500 miles on it. Totally dead no power or anything.
These clowns claim they’re backed out a month supposedly for all service. I called around this must be the “busiest” dealership known to man.
Called Waterbury can service me next day. Danbury next day as well. It’s because. I think it’s because I’m not a customer. I’m putting in a complaint to Jeep as well. They make the Jeep brand suffer. I could see a week or two. But service backed up for a month I don’t believe it.

I worked with Ryan Edison on purchasing my 2019 grand Cherokee. It was a smooth and hassle free experience. The dealership was helpful the entire way through. Insurance gave me a little hiccup but they were able to assist me with a couple numbers to call and I got the vehicle covered. I would highly recommend Ryan in your next vehicle purchase.

Had a suspicious interaction with the service department. My chrysler 200 has been having key fob issues so I went down to get it looked into. Told him about my issues and he said I will most likely need a new key fob. I told him if that's the case, no problem. Originally told me it may be $200 with a $150 set up fee. Steap but if my key fob isn't consistently working, then it's what I need to pay. He then tested it with his device and nothing happened but I didn't understand what the device was checking for anyway. I asked for a quote to get another key fob and he went into the back. Returned with the quote of $366 which is close or what he said but then told me it would cost $500 and he hand wrote on the quote that it would cost $500. (little sus) I said, I can't do that today but if I do, can we have my original key fob still work and I can use it as a backup. He told me there's no point my key fob doesn't work at all. Which doesn't make sense since I literally just drive my car there. I stressed that can't be, how is it not working at all? And he showed me the device and how it's not reading any signal from it at all so it doesn't work. But yet I just used it and was able to still use it. He then decided to go into the back and get new battery for his device and retested my key fob. It beeped loudly and showed my key fob has a strong signal.
Little suspicious. What I believe happened is I came in with key fob problems, he felt he could convince me my key fob was dead so he could strong arm me into buying a new one and attempted to over charge me for it by writing his personal up charge. But when I explained I just used it, he either realized he device was the problem and attempted to fix the "mistake" or he realized I couldn't sell my on the idea it was dead since I just used it to drive myself there.
And the problem is the humidity and moisture affecting the internal electronics of the key fob.
Here is a photo of the quote. He just printed it out and then wrote over it what it would actually cost. Which is a lie because I called another chrysler dealership for same quote.
Tldr: Service department lied about my key fob not working and then up charged the quote by hand writing over it. Will not return.

Just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Sales Manager Chris Hansen. I was in a bit of a bind with a last-minute decision to buy out my lease, and let me tell you, Chris made it the smoothest process ever.
His responsiveness and customer service skills were on point, but what really blew me away was how quickly Chris got everything wrapped up. In just one day, I had everything sorted and finalized.
Chris will be my go-to guy in the future without a doubt. He made what could have been a stressful situation super easy.

2023: I worked with Jack and Mike, they were courteous and professional in the new transaction of trading my jeep and taking the new jeep, and they worked hard to continue my jeep business/experience with their dealership. I went from a gas jeep to 4xe, Jack made sure to walk me through the bells and whistles of the new jeep, and Mike followed up to see how I liked the new features, and confirm any questions I may have. The hybrid is fantastic! The new features and not having to fuel up in winter is a plus! Spent 9000 and have had nothing but problems. Car almost started fire so we cane back soon stressed and upset only to have the Manager tell me to calm down and talk down to us. Then after saying he would get us a loaner, my husband told him to stop being rude to me, and he then said nevermind I don't have a loaner !!!!
