The customer service rep I met with when I ordered the frames was very knowledgeable and pleasant, I wish I could remember her name. She was the only positive at this place. I was told 7-10 days after 10 days I called to see if they were in and told they weren't "we'll call you" when they arrive. One week later9/4 I called again and was told they were there "since 8/27". I go to pick them up and when ordered I was told they were flex frames. When I tried to bend them I was told by the customer service rep at the desk " you can bend them if you want but they'll break". I told her I was told otherwise and with a nasty response she said "be my guest". I said to her "these glasses have been sitting here for a week why wasn't I called?" With a real attitude she said "what do you want me to do about it" not even apologizing that no one called me. Terrible customer service I won't be back. New Milford much better go there if you can.

Winsted CT branch is amazing, everyone knew what they were doing and explained everything to me before I walked out ordering a new pair of glasses. The receptionist was funny, kind and was able to get me into an earlier spot then originally planned which I am truly thankful because I have limited time because of work. I cannot stop saying great things.

The Winsted, CT office is not what it used to be before they sold out to My Eye Doctor. The receptionist is rude and frankly, nasty. Eyeglasses prices are outrageous.

I went for an appointment today and found out that my appointment would cost $44 for a retna photo as well as my appointment would be done through video. None of this was explained to me when I made this appointment. Very unhappy

We have had a stellar experience with MyEyeDr in Torrington! Their staff is fabulous, they go above and beyond. They are polite both on the phone and in person. They have walked us through the steps to get my daughter contacts, have been understanding of time and financial constraints, and have given my daughter confidence as she embarks on this new journey. I cannot say enough about this office and it's staff!

Extremely disappointed. I've been to other locations and had an excellent experience. I showed up today at my scheduled appointment time and was told my appointment was 20 minutes prior and they would have to reschedule. The text message and email both stated the time I arrived and when I confirmed via phone I was told the same time.

First time with this company and I am very satisfied with the level of service and expertise of the staff. Dr. Rodier and every member of the staff from the front desk to the fitting area were excellent.
