Merli Towing came through for me. Great service, and price was good. Jason was kind and courteous and very experienced getting the job done. Probably not the easiest tow ever, but he did it all calmly and professionally. Dan Sr. who took my calls was also pleasant and professional. I appreciate this business and would highly recommend. Totally dissatisfied with their service! I'm not going to go into details, but I will state that this was the worst experience I've ever had with any service! Very unprofessional staff and my vehicle sustained more damage then what initially happened during the accident!

I can only say good things about Dan's operation. Ace Automatic Transmissions in Torrington CT recommended them. His driver (Josh I think) is a good guy, knows how to treat a vehicle like his own. I've had them tow my daily driver and also had them move a 80k callaway tahoe. Josh took special care to use soft straps and microfiber towels around the custom wheels so the straps didn't scuff them. Having your vehicle towed is usually never fun but these guys will take care of you so that it's one less thing to worry about. I don't think I'll use anyone else in the future.Update 11/1 - Thanks Dan for getting my ride back to Callaway. Not even snow stopped you! On time, professional. Like I said in the past, I dont think Ill use anyone else!
